• Nearly 80% of girls who have been physically abused in their intimate relationships continue to date their abuser.

• Of the women between the ages 15-19 murdered each year, 30% are killed by their husband or boyfriend.

• Kristin’s Krusade was held Sunday, November 7th at Saint Joseph’s University.

• Kristin’s Krusade is our annual 5K Run/Walk held in memory of Kristin Mitchell• SJU graduate who was brutally murdered by her

boyfriend in 2005.• Kristin’sKrusade aims to raise awareness about dating

violence at Saint Joseph’s University and the surrounding Philadelphia community.

• Funds raised through Kristin’s Krusade enable the Kristin Mitchell Foundation to sponsor dating violence awareness programs at colleges and communities in the Philadelphia and Baltimore areas.
