OA term that describes decreased motivation, towards any type of schooling during the last semester prior to graduation.

Methods in Teaching Around Senioritis

OMany students finish graduation requirements by their junior year; therefore, teachers could use this time to administer fun activities towards college/post-high school preparation.

O Academic activities may include:O Senior Projects, regarding what

they’ve learned within their four years of high school, research papers, or oral presentations.

O Dual Enrollment, offering college level courses students may choose based on their own interests.

presenting a project they’re interested in at the end of each unit.

reading classics such as, Alice’s Adventures in Wonderland or Treasure Island.

overwhelmed with upcoming tasks. Make a list with a deadline, and follow.
