A burgeoning young Brookly-nite with UES aspirations, Jenny Humphrey stands out from her classmates—and with her 34D chest size it's certainly not hard to command their attention. But don't be fooled by her soft tresses and doe eyes. Deep down, J is as ambitious as any other queen of the UES .

Page 15: Gossip Girl

Jenny Humphrey doesn't have the big budget of S and B, so she buys her clothes from vintage shops and sews and recreates them into cool pieces. She also mixes it up with designer castoffs that she gets from Blair to create a unique look that's all her own.

chuck bass

The bad boy of the group, Chuck Bass is the ultimate stuck-up rich kid whose closet is packed with designer clothing (kinda like the boy version of Blair Waldorf). He likes to dress in clashing bright colors. In fact, he wears the most colorful clothes out of the three guys.

Page 23: Gossip Girl

He can wear a bowtie like nobody's business, and accessorizes with cuff links, suspenders, rugby striped scarves and handkerchiefs that are either tucked into his upper pocket or tied around his neck.

Page 24: Gossip Girl

He customizes the formals by adding his own dramatic touch to it and wears the most daring and outrageous clothes in the series. His sleek hairdo gives a sense of pride and royalty<which he actually is>.

Page 25: Gossip Girl

Dan humphrey

This former loner from Brooklyn is kind of a geek, but his style screams cool. He wears a lot of earth tones like browns, greys and greens, either to match Serena van der Woodsen's wardrobe palette, or possibly to show that he's more down-to-earth than the other guys on the show.

Page 27: Gossip Girl

Dan Humphrey is into skinny jeans and khakis, striped skinny cardigans and his all-time fave, the military jacket he wears about town. His cropped hair gives him the intellectual look required and sets him apart from all other boys in the series.

Page 28: Gossip Girl

He tries to avoid wearing suits and shiny tuxs ,but when he adorns it he looks no less than the rich upper-east side boys.his casual yet charming look is possibly the reason why ladies are attracted towards him.

Uniform style

Dan humphrey likes to keep it simple.he doesn’t like playing with the uniform much, but to keep with the kids at school,he teams his uniform with his favourite khaki coats.

Eric daman

Have you ever wondered who the lucky person is that gets to decide what the gossip girl  gang gets to wear each week? It's costume stylist Eric Daman, who also once assisted Patricia Field on the set of Sex and the City.

Daman started out as a buyer at a boutique in Paris and went on to be an overnight model discovered by photographer Steven Meisel (his first modeling job was with Kate Moss). He eventually followed his dream of styling, and what he has done with Gossip Girl is a fashion phenomenon.

Page 31: Gossip Girl

Interview with Eric daman•Eric on whether it’s more important for characters to look approachable or aspirational: Ans:It should be a little bit of both. I always make sure I mix some of the higher-end looks with something from a less expensive brand. I use stuff from Forever 21 and H&M all the time. You will always see someone wearing a $5,000 dress with a pair of Nine West shoes. That is how people dress today anyway.

•So, do the actors have a say in how their characters dress? Ans:I’m not a fashion Nazi. Blake [Lively] and Leighton [Meester] love to give their input, but they understand that I am there to help them create and develop their characters.

Page 32: Gossip Girl

•Naturally, the Gossip Girls' individual styles have developed dramatically!Ans:It’s funny because they came into this as these fashion-naïve kids from LA who moved to New York in order to portray these true New Yorkers. They are like New Yorkers now — real, fashionable New Yorkers.

• Eric's thoughts on doing his own apparel line? Ans:I’ve thought about this a lot, actually. I would want to do a mass line, like something for Kohl’s, Target, Charlotte Russe. Then I would like to do a higher-end, capsule collection for a store like Bendel’s or Barneys. Again, it’s all about accessible fashion and mixing it up.
