SITUATION

In the northwest of theregion of Berguedà, in the Pyrenees. It is in the province ofLleida.Now, it’s situated in thevalley of Gósol.Population: 223 habitants.

Cool summers and very cool winters.

Average annual temperature: low.

CULTUREPICASSOIt was created a museumbecause of the visit ofPablo Picasso in the village.

PEDRAFORCAIs one of the mostrepresentativemountains in Catalunya. It’snot very high but it has aparticular form.

FESTIVITIES

• 15th August: the local festivity.

• 20th July: Sta Margarida’s festival.

• 31st October: “Tots Sants” with a fair.
