We have made an actionable and scalable govt. gateway to have:

•Bulk access to data•Accountability for data quality•Services and developer friendly file formats•Comprehensiveness

STEPS FOR REDESIGNING:

•We should focus on huge fodder of govt. information and services that we haven’t dealt with yet.•Content which explains what each department does.•Information of special interest to the businesses will follow next.•We should scratch the surface of improving the service , design or user experience of transaction instead of vast corpus of specialist and technical content that govt. publishes.

INNOVATION & CREATIVITY

• Google realized that to maintain its growth company had to come out with new products but the problem was how to convert idea into succesful product.

ONE OF THE INNOVATION WAS:Google came with a solution through a program called

Sparrow. In this googlers can create web pages with their own

ideas which in turn enabled everyone to test those ideas.
