Noise, Trash, Pets and Parking Considerations...

Prescott truly is a small town. Please be considerate to your neighbors around you by keeping the noise levels down during the hours of 10pm to 7am. Please know your neighbors have access to a 24/7 hotline to file a complaint.

Noise

Prescott welcomes pets! There are plenty of great places to take your pet in Prescott. While they stay in your vacation rental please be aware barking dogs disturb neighbors. Be mindful to keep your pet on a leash at all times in public places to comply with our leash laws. Lastly, remember to clean up after your pet.

During your stay, please keep the rental property free of visible trash. If you are unaware of which day trash is picked up in your area, please call 928-777-1116. Or visit http://www.prescott-az.gov/services/trash/

Trash

When parking vehicles at your vacation rental be sure to use the designated parking area related to your rental. Some areas do NOT allow on-street parking. Never park in front of some-one else’s driveway or your vehicle may be towed.
