All the children have come in and settled amazingly! I am so proud of our
bubble who have been working differently but hard whilst showing they
understand the rules. I especially nominate Finlay Bell for a brilliant focus and
resilience in his learning. He does everything with a smile and tries so hard.

for his fantastic home learning tasks including completing his time diary
and his reading comprehension. Great job, keep up the good work.
He also did a great job with his woodland habitat.

He has worked so hard on his writing this week and I
even used his letter in class as a wagoll!

Throughout this time, Emily and Lauren have been consistent with their work and often will take the time to show me all the fantastic
work they have done. It is also lovely to see that they are taking time and
pride in their home learning. This week I especially liked their creative
design when completing their dreams and aspirations task.

For completing a wonderful poster about safety in school during this pandemic. Manu
included reasons why we should try our best to keep safe

I'd like to nominate both Emily and Lauren for good mentions.
Emily has shown lots of resilience to understand fractions work and has done
a lovely poster about her dreams and aspirations.
Lauren has worked hard on her fractions as well, persevering with the difficult
ones. She has also produced a lovely piece of art to show her dreams and
aspirations.
Jacob has wowed us with all the great work he has completed and he has helped his Dad to make a garden gate for his grandparents.
Well done Casey for building an amazing Viking longshipfrom clay. Also well done to all the children who, like Casey, coped with the transition of home schooling to half term at home and back to learning at home again, that was tough!

Lola is being a superstar for her lockdown birthday, understanding it's not like what she's used to but still smiling
Lovely to see the book readings over half term. Hats off to Mrs Mac and Miss Mac for their motivational videos. Ali is missing school and was sad to not come back to school this week. He has enjoyed his white rose maths worksheets and purple mash exercises and is waiting on comments from Mrs Steventon eagerly. Ali looks forward to meeting you and says “I hope your having a nice time at school"
