European bakery “Gold Sapa” was founded in 2013 in Almaty region (village “Bulykty”) Designed by Backtechnik S.I. GmbH (Germany) – one of the leading bakery machinery suppliers in the world market Production process of Gold Sapa meets international baking standards Gold Sapa produces over 2 tons per day – 1500 pieces (400-500 kg). Capacity of Backtechnik allows to produce around 8700 pieces (2500 kg) Modern automated technology, remote monitoring by German manufacturers, the presence of artesian well, an integrated quality management system (ISO 9001), and qualified staff allows Gold Sapa to produce safe high-quality products
