Unfortunately, very many GOLD members haven‘t given information on their technical interest profile at all. Recruiting staff needs to know that it is essential to have recruits fill in their technical

interest profile in their own interest It makes sense to e-mail all the GOLD members suggesting to update their profiles

Can we somehow influence the choice of keywords? NPSS does not seem to be represented too well in that list
