• Late mineralizing system (985 Ma) which has been subject to little or no deformation events
• Cu-Ag-Au ± W, Mo mineralization
• Alternations and mineralization identified has IOCG type characteristics
• Multiple geochemical surveys (lithological, soils, tills) and geophysical surveys (Magnetic/EM, gravity, radiometric) completed in the past but little follow up completed to date
• Only one drilling program was completed to date – 1971, Watson showing (15 DH, 386 m) with bottom of holes mineralized
• Osisko Mining has a 2% and 1% NSR over 39 and 21 claims in the Boisvert area respectively.
