The Project Development Objecve (PDO) is to strengthen public resource management and support selected public sector instuons in facilitang a more enabling environment for private sector growth. eGovJa is a full service provider of ICT services such as ICT Consultancy, GOJ Validaon Web Services, Data Centre (Hosng and Data Storage), Infrastructure Design and Development Services, and Soſtware Development/Acquision. Through this consultancy, the parcipants’ skills should have been upgraded in real world agile and scrum methodology, agile tesng, agile project management, agile planning and esmang, agile cosng and agile business analysis. At the end of the training programme, parcipants will also be equipped to sit the various agile cerficaon exams (Cerfied Scrum Master (CSM), Cerfied Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), etc). The consultancy will have duraon of 2 months. The Ministry of Finance and the Public Service now invites eligible firms to indicate their interest in providing the consultancy services. Interested Consultant Firms should provide informaon demonstrang that they have the required qualificaons and relevant experience to perform the services. The shortlisng criteria are: a) At least 8 years’ experience in working with large organizaons to deliver on similar scope. b) Should be able to provide evidence of the validity of experience and qualificaon, including work done for an IT organizaon. c) Must be accredited to deliver training at the requisite level. d) The key instructor must possess the following: i) Cerfied instructor in delivery of training to adults, from a recognized instuon. ii) Cerfied in one (or more) of the following areas: Cerfied Scrum Master, Cerfied Scrum Product Owner, Cerfied Scrum Developer, Cerfied Scrum Trainer, Cerfied Scrum Coach Professional, ICAgile/ACI. iii) Praconer in Agile and Scrum with at least 5 years relevant experience and demonstrated competence. iv) Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/IT related field or equivalent working experience.
