Ss repeat the names of some given countries.

2. Speaking activity/ Guessing game

T draws Ss attention on the activities in the picture.

T elicits the holiday activities items. She asks them to put the question: What is Wendy going to do on holiday? They have to answer using the given activities: go swimming, visit a museum, play tennis, go skating.T explains that when they want to talk about their future intentions or plans they have to use the structure: be (am are, is) + going to +verb.Ss predict the content of the activity.
