IN CALCULATING DATES in regard to the coming of the Lord, which include events especially the Tribulation period

2. Find out whether THE TIMING OF SOME GREAT END-TIME EVENTS CAN BE PLOTTED with some degree of certainty

3. See if we have EVIDENCE for the VERY NEARNESS OF THE COMING OF THE TRIBULATION PERIOD, and if the church is prepared for it, or how we can be prepared

4. See if the PRE-TRIB RAPTURE VIEW is the better view of the timing of the rapture

WHY ARE WE DOING THIS?

1. Because if the Bible points that the rapture CANNOT BE PRE-TRIB, and we expect or were taught to be PRE-TRIB, then we are most unprepared

2. We WANT TO BE PREPARED

3. We WANT TO FIND OUT WHAT THE BIBLE REALLY TEACHES, and not just adopt what has been taught us without checking the Bible out for ourselves…

WHAT WE ARE SAYING:

SHOULD THE TIMING OF THE RAPTURE TURN OUT TO BE INDEED PRE-TRIBULATION (meaning, the rapture takes place before the prophesied 7-year tribulation period), WELL AND GOOD!

BUT IF THE CHURCH WILL GO THROUGH THE TRIBULATION PERIOD, and we have seen EVIDENCE OF IT MOUNTING, AND WE DID NOT TELL OR WARN THE CHURCH, then we are doing this BECAUSE WE DO NOT BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE FOR THE BLOOD OF MEN. (see Ezekiel 33)

THE BIBLICAL BASIS FOR CALCULATINGThe word CALCULATE or COMPUTE is found in the Bible

Revelations 13:18

“ Here is wisdom. Let him who has understanding CALCULATE the number of the beast, for it is the number of a man: His number is six hundred and sixty-six.” (NKJV)

Calculate – KJV “count”

• ψηφίζω (Strongs G5585) - to count with pebbles, to COMPUTE, calculate, reckon; to give one's vote by casting a pebble into the urn; to decide by voting.

• This is the same word used in Luke 14:28 in which the builder of a tower will "count the cost" to ensure he has enough to complete it.

NOTE 1:

1. CALCULATION is commanded for those who seek WISDOM AND UNDERSTANDING. IT IS WISDOM TO ENGAGE IN SOME COMPUTING.

2. We calculate (in Rev. 13:8) the NUMBER of the beast (ANTI-CHRIST). IT CANNOT JUST BE 666 because there is nothing to calculate if 666 is the only thing to be known

3. OBVIOUSLY, we are commanded to do some calculation RELATIVE TO THE ANTI-CHRIST, HIS COMING, WHAT HE WILL DO, ETC…

4. We also look at the significance of other Biblical numbers.

BIBLICAL PRECEDENT:

• Daniel SOUGHT TO UNDERSTAND when the Babylonian captivity would end

• He read the Book of Jeremiah• The Lord gave him REVELATION AND

UNDERSTANDING by sending him an angel• THEN HE UNDERSTOOD NOT ONLY THE

BABYLONIAN CAPTIVITY, BUT SO MUCH MORE• That is what we are trying to do here; we are

God’s children too like Daniel; we can ask for understanding and revelation from Him

NOTE 2:

• At this point:

1. We are not discussing the RAPTURE or the TIMING of the rapture YET

2. We will discuss that LATER

3. Our FIRST CONCERN is WHETHER THE NUMBERS MENTIONED IN THE BIBLE HAVE A SIGNFICANCE TO OUR TIMES, especially about the coming TRIBULATION PERIOD: what it is like, WHAT ARE THE SIGNS IT IS NEAR, how near are we, and what the Bible says are the preparations for it…

WHY DO WE NEED TO LOOK AT THIS?

• Because if the rapture comes, it comes, and we have now worries anymore, we will be with the Lord

• BUT IF THE TRIBULATION COMES, and no rapture has yet taken place, we better be ready for it…

I. WHAT IS THE TRIBULATION PERIOD?

DEFINITION

THE BIBLE USE OF THE WORD

• The word tribulation translates a Greek word, thlibo (verb) or thlipsis (noun). This Greek word occurs fifty-five times in the New Testament. Thayer translates the verb “TO PRESS” (as grapes), “TO PRESS HARD UPON,”from which we have the thought of oppression, distress, affliction, and tribulation.

• In other words, it is a TIME OF GREAT PRESSURE AND AFFLICTION

WHO USED THE WORD? JESUS

• John 16:33 “These things I have spoken unto you, that in Me ye might have peace. In the world ye shall have tribulation: but be of good cheer; I have overcome the world.”

And the Paul and Barnabbas:• Acts 14:22 “Confirming the souls of the disciples, and

exhorting them to continue in the faith, and that we must through much (many) tribulation enter into the kingdom of God.”

BUT THESE ARE THE “ORDINARY” OR “USUAL” TRIBULATIONS OF THE CHRISTIAN LIFE.

THERE IS ANOTHER “TRIBULATION” COMING:

THE END-TIME TRIBULATION PERIOD:

JESUS in Matthew 21.21 “For then shall be GREAT TRIBULATION, such as was not since the beginning of the world to this time, no, nor ever shall be.’’

Matthew 24:29 (Mark 13:24) “Immediately after the tribulation of those days shall the sun be darkened, and the moon shall not give her light, and the stars shall fall from heaven, and the powers of the heavens shall be shaken:”

TRIBULATION PERIOD?

• WHAT WILL HAPPEN IN THIS END-TIME TRIBULATION PERIOD?....

• WE LET THE BIBLE DESCRIBE THE EVENTS

(a summary outline based on the Book of Revelations)

THE SEVEN SEALS1. Rev 6:1-2

The White Horse. The Antichrist comes forth. He has a bow, but no arrows are mentioned. A crown is given to him. He goes forth conquering and to conquer.

2. Rev 6:3-4The Red Horse. War.

That they should take peace from the earth. He has a great sword

3. Rev 6:5-6The Black Horse.Famine.

A day’s wages for a day’s food. Hurt not the oil and the wine.

SEVEN TRUMPETS1. Rev 8:6-7

SEVEN VIALS (BOWLS)1. Rev 16:2 SORES. Noisome and Grievous sores upon them that had

the mark of the beast and worshiped his image.2. Rev 16:3 SEA AS BLOOD. The sea became as the blood of a dead

man. Every living soul in the sea died3. Rev 16:4 FOUNTAINS BLOOD.

The rivers and fountains of waters became blood.4. Rev 16:8-9 GREAT HEAT. Vial poured out upon the sun.

Men scorched with great heat.5. Rev 16:10-11 DARKNESS. Vial poured out upon the seat of the

beast. His kingdom is full of darkness; they gnawed their tongues for pain

SURE AND PROBABLE SCENARIOS:

The 7-year span:

JESUS’ OVERVIEW OF THE “TRIBULATION PERIOD”

JESUS (Matthew 24:7-35)• 7 Nation will rise against nation, and kingdom against

kingdom. There will be famines and earthquakes in various places. 8 All these are the beginning of birth pains.

• 9 “Then you will be handed over to be persecuted and put to death, and you will be hated by all nations because of me. 10 At that time many will turn away from the faith and will betray and hate each other, 11 and many false prophets will appear and deceive many people. 12 Because of the increase of wickedness, the love of most will grow cold, 13 but the one who stands firm to the end will be saved. 14 And this gospel of the kingdom will be preached in the whole world as a testimony to all nations, and then the end will come.

JESUS’ DESCRIPTION OF IT: Matthew 24

• 15 “So when you see standing in the holy place ‘the abomination that causes desolation,’[a] spoken of through the prophet Daniel—let the reader understand— 16 then let those who are in Judea flee to the mountains. 17 Let no one on the housetop go down to take anything out of the house. 18 Let no one in the field go back to get their cloak. 19 How dreadful it will be in those days for pregnant women and nursing mothers! 20 Pray that your flight will not take place in winter or on the Sabbath. 21 For then there will be great distress, unequaled from the beginning of the world until now—and never to be equaled again.

Matthew 24

• 22 “If those days had not been cut short, no one would survive, but for the sake of the elect those days will be shortened. 23 At that time if anyone says to you, ‘Look, here is the Messiah!’ or, ‘There he is!’ do not believe it. 24 For false messiahs and false prophets will appear and perform great signs and wonders to deceive, if possible, even the elect. 25 See, I have told you ahead of time.

• 26 “So if anyone tells you, ‘There he is, out in the wilderness,’ do not go out; or, ‘Here he is, in the inner rooms,’ do not believe it. 27 For as lightning that comes from the east is visible even in the west, so will be the coming of the Son of Man. 28 Wherever there is a carcass, there the vultures will gather.

Matthew 24

• 29 “Immediately after the distress of those days• “‘the sun will be darkened,

and the moon will not give its light;the stars will fall from the sky,

and the heavenly bodies will be shaken.’[b]

• 30 “Then will appear the sign of the Son of Man in heaven. And then all the peoples of the earth[c] will mourn when they see the Son of Man coming on the clouds of heaven, with power and great glory.[d]31 And he will send his angels with a loud trumpet call, and they will GATHER HIS ELECT FROM THE FOUR WINDS, FROM ONE END OF THE HEAVENS TO THE OTHER.”

IS THERE SOME CLUE TO HELP US KNOW WHEN IT IS GOING TO HAPPEN?

YES!!! JESUS SAID (in Matthew 24)15 “So when you see standing in the holy

place ‘the abomination that causes desolation,’[a] spoken of through the prophet Daniel—let the reader understand…”

JESUS MENTIONS DANIEL SO WE CONSULT DANIEL:

Daniel chap. 9:

• 20 ”While I was speaking and praying, confessing my sin and the sin of my people Israel and making my request to the LORD my God for his holy hill-- 21 while I was still in prayer, Gabriel, the man I had seen in the earlier vision, came to me in swift flight about the time of the evening sacrifice. 22 He instructed me and said to me, "Daniel, I have now come to give you insight and understanding. 23 As soon as you began to pray, an answer was given, which I have come to tell you, for you are highly esteemed. Therefore, consider the message and understand the vision:

DANIEL 9

• 24"Seventy 'sevens' are decreed for your people and your holy city to finish transgression, to put an end to sin, to atone for wickedness, to bring in everlasting righteousness, to seal up vision and prophecy and to anoint the most holy. 25 "Know and understand this: From the issuing of the decree to restore and rebuild Jerusalem until the Anointed One, the ruler, comes, there will be seven 'sevens,' and sixty-two 'sevens.' It will be rebuilt with streets and a trench, but in times of trouble. 26 After the sixty-two 'sevens,' the Anointed One will be cut off and will have nothing.

Daniel 9

• (v. 26b) The people of the ruler who will come will destroy the city and the sanctuary. The end will come like a flood: War will continue until the end, and desolations have been decreed. 27 He will confirm a covenant with many for one 'seven.' In the middle of the 'seven' he will put an end to sacrifice and offering. And on a wing [of the temple] he will set up an abomination that causes desolation, until the end that is decreed is poured out on him. "

THIS AMAZING DANIEL PROPHECY

• One Prophecy, Two Fulfillments, ALL INVOLVING THE LORD JESUS CHRIST:

1. Christ’s First Coming

2. Christ’s Second Coming

• The prophecy in Daniel 9:24 has two distinct and essential fulfillments. Remember, Daniel is praying about the lethal problem of sin in his own people. Gabriel brings him a dual answer that provides a complete solution:

DANIEL 9:

24"Seventy 'sevens' are decreed for your people and your holy city to finish transgression, to put an end to sin, to atone for wickedness, to bring in everlasting righteousness, to seal up vision and prophecy and to anoint the most holy. 25 "Know and understand this: From the issuing of the decree to restore and rebuild Jerusalem until the Anointed One, the ruler, comes, there will be seven 'sevens,' and sixty-two 'sevens.' It will be rebuilt with streets and a trench, but in times of trouble. 26 After the sixty-two 'sevens,' the Anointed One will be cut off and will have nothing.

The 3-fold 70

• Ending Captivity - 70 Years, 70 Sabbaticals, 70 Jubilees

• God’s people were in captivity for 70 years (Babylonian captivity) because they disobeyed God by not allowing their land to rest for 70 sabbath years (Babylonian captivity). This is the FIRST 70.

• Near the end of the 70 years of captivity Daniel was given a dual prophecy showing how God's people would be delivered from the captivity of sin during 70 sabbaticals and 70 Jubilees. (The so-called 2ND 70 and 3rd 70.)

Sir Robert Anderson’s computation of the 2nd 70:

From decree to rebuild Jerusalem to cutting off of Anointed one is “sevens SEVEN” plus “sixty two sevens”, SO:7 + 62 is 69. 69 x 7 is 483. 483 years x 360 days (prophetic year) is 173,880 DAYS

The edict to rebuild Jerusalem was issued MARCH 14, 445 B.C. (to the Jews this was the 1st Nisan in the twentieth year of Artaxerxes)

Christ entered into Jerusalem (the Anointed One to be cut off) was APRIL 6, A.D. 32

The intervening period was 476 YEARS AND 24 DAYS.476 x 365 days (Julian) ----------- 173,740 daysAdd (14 March to 6th April, both inclusive) 24 daysAdd for leap years - 116 daysTOTAL: 173,880 days

ANOTHER INTERPRETATION

One guy does not agree that “the ruler comes” should be applied to Jesus coming to Jerusalem because he was crucified. His interpretation of “the ruler comes” is when Jesus rises from the dead and rules our hearts through the Holy Spirit.

That is how “the ruler comes”.

This is how he calculated:

• According to Daniel 9 :24-25 a period of 69 7-year periods, or 483 Prophetic Years (69x7) would pass until the coming of the Messiah. Biblical prophetic years are 360 days long.

• 69 periods of 7 years; 69 x 7 = 483 prophetic years or476.06766 Gregorian calendar years

• 483 years x 360 days per prophetic year = 173,880 prophetic calendar days.

• Nissan 1, 445 BC plus 173,880 prophetic calendar days ends on SIVAN 6, 30 AD: (Sivan is the 3rd month of the “Biblical Calendar”)

• WHAT HAPPENED ON SIVAN 6, 30 AD?• 173,880 prophetic calendar days later, the gift of the Holy Spirit

was given on Sivan 6, 30 A.D. as prophesied.• SIVAN 6 is the day on which the FEAST OF WEEKS; AKA PENTECOST

is celebrated!• It is also the month the Law was given to Moses that brings forth

the knowledge of sin. Now the Spirit of life has been given!• THE LAW WAS UNDONE BY GRACE ON THE FEAST OF PENTECOST,

WHICH IS JUBILEE (PENTA – FIFTY; Jubilee is 7 x 7 + 1 = 50)

So the 2nd 70, which is from decree to rebuild to the triumphal entry, is exact to the very day

WE GO to THE 3RD 70 – THE 70 JUBILEES• What is the BASIS FOR SAYING 70 JUBILEES?• The Daniel 7:24 prophecy says that “SEVENTY SEVENS

ARE DETERMINED UPON THY PEOPLE AND UPON THY HOLY CITY, to finish transgression (transgression means consequences of sin), make an end to sin, make reconciliation for iniquity, bring in everlasting righteousness, seal up the vision and prophecy, and anoint the most Holy”

• The description of what will happen FITS THE PICTURE OF A JUBILEE SEASON;

• the SECOND COMING IS OUR ULTIMATE AND FINAL JUBILEE

So we compute:

A Jubilee is SEVEN SEVENS PLUS ONE (49 + 1=50) (Lev. 25)

• Daniel says “SEVENTY SEVENS” OR “SEVENTY WEEKS”

• It can VERY WELL MEAN seventy jubilee cycles, so 70 x 49 + 1 = 3,431 YEARS

• The 70 Jubilee cycles of 3,431 years began in 1416 BC when the children of Israel entered Canaan (where the 1st jubilee was observed 49 plus 1 years later).

• 70 JUBILEES LATER OR 3,431 years will end in 2016 AD.

• BUT IN THE JEWISH CALENDAR, the JUBILEE YEAR IS 2015!! (Because the year is actually 2015-2016)

THE JUBILEE OF 2015-2016

• Will the Final Jubilee Start in 2015-2016?

• 2015-2016 is a JUBILEE YEAR

• It will begin on the Day of Atonement in 2015.

• It will also be the 40th complete Jubilee cycle following Christ’s death.

• IS THE 4OTH JUBILEE CYCLE falling on the year 2015-2016 significant?

JESUS KING OF JUBILEES• Jesus is King for 40 ½ Jubilees

• Jesus died in 31 AD in the middle of the 30th Jubilee cycle. There were 40 ½ Jubilee cycles yet to occur to complete the total of 70.

• When Jesus was resurrected He was taken to heaven to reign as king with God on His throne. Jesus ascended to heaven in 31AD and sat down at the right hand of the throne of God.

• “Looking unto Jesus, the author and finisher of our faith, who for the joy that was set before Him endured the cross, despising the shame, and has sat down at the right hand of the throne of God.” Hebrews 12:2.

• When Jesus comes the second time to get His people He will have reigned in heaven as king for 40 ½ Jubilee cycles. He will have reigned from 31 AD – 55 AD (1/2 Jubilee cycle) and from 55AD – 2016 AD (40 Jubilee cycles) for a total of 40 ½ Jubilee cycles.

WHY MAKE JESUS REIGN FOR 40 JUBILEE CYCLES?

• David reigned over the children of Israel as their king. Notice how long David reigned as king:

• “And they anointed David king over Israel. David was thirty years old when he began to reign, and he reigned forty years. In Hebron he reigned over Judah seven years and six months, and in Jerusalem he reigned thirty-three years over all Israel and Judah.” 2 Samuel 5:3-5.

• David reigned in Hebron 7 ½ years and in Jerusalem 33 years FOR A TOTAL OF 40 ½ YEARS. DAVID WAS A TYPE OF JESUS AND DAVID’S THRONE WAS GIVEN TO JESUS AFTER HIS RESURRECTION.

• “And behold, you will conceive in your womb and bring forth a Son, and shall call His name JESUS. He will be great, and will be called the Son of the Highest; and the Lord God will give Him the throne of His father David. And He will reign over the house of Jacob forever, and of His kingdom there will be no end.” Luke 1:31-33.

• David reigned as king on earth for 40 ½ years.Jesus will reign as king in heaven from his ascension for 40 ½ Jubilees. The 4oth jubilee cycle CULMINATES IN 2015-2016.

• THIS WOULD ALSO BE THE 70TH JUBILEE CYCLE FROM THE TIME THE JUBILEE WAS FIRST OBSERVED IN CANAAN, THE PROMISED LAND.

THE GOSPEL-PROPHETICSIGNIFICANCE of the 70 JUBILEES

• Jesus hinted that people are given until the end of seventy times seven sabbatical cycles (70 x 7 x 7 +1 = 3,431 years) to receive forgiveness from God.

• “Then Peter came to Him and said, ‘Lord, how often shall my brother sin against me, and I forgive him? Up to seven times?’ Jesus said to him, ‘I do not say to you, up to seven times, but up to seventy times seven.’” Matthew 18:21,22.

• The 70th Jubilee from entry into Canaan where the Jubilee was first taught and practiced is 2016 AD. AFTER FOUR RED BLOOD MOONS AND THE SOLAR ECLIPSE, THE LAST TO FALL ON JEWISH HOLIDAYS THIS CENTURY.

• Again, a COINCIDENCE?

SO THE DANIEL 3-fold 70 CHART looks this way:

NOW THE QUESTION IS:

• IF THE LORD DECREED 70 X 7 FOR ISRAEL, JERUSALEM, AND THE MESSIAH = 490 YEARS

• AND IF WE HAVE ALREADY ACCOUNTED THE 483 YEARS OF THE 490 (from decree to rebuild to the cutting off of the Anointed one),

• AND IF THE ONLY REMAINING YEARS OF THE 490 is SEVEN (7) [because 483 years are already accounted for and computed]

THE SURPRISING TESTIMONY OF THE PSALMS

• The Psalms, which are in the 19th book of the Bible, have a prophetic significance dealing with Israel for each year in the 1900s, carrying over into the 2000s. For example, Psalm 33 points to 1933, Psalm 45 points to 1945, and so on.

• Biblical scholars like J.R. Church have found that many of the key events for the Jewish people and for Israel are accurately reflected by the corresponding chapter (year) in the Psalms. As you study the Psalms, please keep in mind that the Jewish years starts somewhere in our month of either March or April, so there is an overlap. This is why a few of the Psalms may seem to reference events form the previous year, of the Gregorian calendar.

• Psalm 118 sounds like it is specifically talking of the Second coming of Jesus Christ, and corresponds to the year 2018.

The Jewish Hallel

• The Psalm chapters 113-118 have even more significance, because they are known as the "Hallel" (meaning praise), and have been recited as a prayer by observant Jews on Jewish holidays for over 3,000 years.

• Psalm 113 (year 2013) shows Israel in her tribulation giving praise to God for her protection. Verse 9 speaks of a barren woman (Israel) as a happy mother of children. Being barren was considered a curse and this foretells a time where Israel bear the fruit of believers in Christ. It could be a picture of Isaac, the fruit given to a barren woman by God Himself.

Psalm 114 and Psalm 115

• Psalm 114 (year 2014) could foretell of a great earthquake:• "The sea saw it and fled; Jordan turned back. The mountains

skipped like rams, the little hills like lambs. What ails you, O sea, that you fled? O Jordan, that you turned back? O mountains, that you skipped like rams? O little hills, like lambs? Tremble, O earth, at the presence of the Lord, at the presence of the God of Jacob, Who turned the rock into a pool of water, the flint into a fountain of waters."

• Psalm 115 (year 2015) speaks of idol worship and, if the tribulation starts in 2014, 2015 might see the emergence of the anti-christ in the world scene. This chapter could very well be speaking of one of the abominations of desolation being set up. Verses 4-5:

• "Their idols are silver and gold, the work of men's hands. They have mouths, but they do not speak; Eyes they have, but they do not see."

Psalm 116 and Psalm 117

• Psalm 116 (year 2016) is disturbing, for it speaks of a war against the saints, and the saints cry out to God.

• Verses 12-15 paint a tearful picture of saints giving up their lives for the salvation that God has granted to them:

• "What shall I render to the LORD For all His benefits toward me? I will take up the cup of salvation, and call upon the name of the LORD. I will pay my vows to the LORD, now in the presence of all His people. Precious in the sight of the LORD is the death of His saints."

• Psalm 117 (year 2017). This short psalm gives a final praise. It is a victory hymn of Israel and the tribulation saints. Psalm 117 is also the shortest book in the Bible. This is a picture of God shortening the time lest no one would survive.

Psalm 118

• Psalm 118 is a beautiful Psalm of praise and is the one Jesus and the disciples sang at Passover and the night before the arrest and the crucifixion. This Psalm would correlate to the year 2018, seventy years after Israel's rebirth and the year of the second coming of Christ. Psalm 118 is placed in between the shortest and the longest Psalm, making it stand out from all others. It is a picture of Christ as the beginning and the end. It is the last Hallel Psalm, and also contains the middle verse of the Bible: verse 8. (There are 1189 books in the Bible, 594 chapters before Psalm 118:8 and 594 after. If you add 594+594 you get 1188, the chapter and verse of the middle verse in the Bible: "It is better to trust in the LORD than to put confidence in man.")

Psalm 118

• Psalm 118 may depict a war against Israel, with Israel being surrounded on all sides. Verses 10-14:

• "All nations surrounded me, but in the name of the LORD I will destroy them. They surrounded me, yes, they surrounded me; but in the name of the LORD I will destroy them. They surrounded me like bees; they were quenched like a fire of thorns; for in the name of the LORD I will destroy them. You pushed me violently, that I might fall, but the LORD helped me. The LORD is my strength and song, and He has become my salvation."

• Notice that "surrounds me" is mention four times, showing the attacks from the kings of the North, South, East and West. "He has become my salvation," is in past tense, meaning it is done! Also, Psalm 118:22 speak of the second coming when Jesus becomes the capstone, quoted by Him in Mark 12.

• "The stone which the builders rejected has become the chief cornerstone."

The Prophesy of Rabbi Judah Ben Samuel

• Some 800 years ago in Germany, Rabbi Judah Ben Samuel was a top Talmudic scholar with an inclination for the mystical. Before he died in the year 1217, he prophesied that the Ottoman Turks would conquer Jerusalem and rule the Holy City for "EIGHT JUBILEE YEARS." A biblical jubilee year consists of 50 years. Fifty multiplied by eight equals 400 years. Afterwards, according to Ben Samuel, the Ottomans would be driven out of Jerusalem, which would remain no-man's land for one jubilee year. In the tenth jubilee year, Jerusalem would return to the Jewish people and then the Messianic end times would begin. This came to pass 300 years after Ben Samuel's death. He could not have based this prophecy on events that could be foreseen, but only on the results of his study of the Bible. According to Leviticus 25, the nation is reunited with its land in the year of Jubilee. Therefore, the Jubilee year plays an important role in Israel's history. In this case, the Jubilee began with the defeat and conquest of the Mamluks in Jerusalem by the Ottoman Kingdom in 1517. The Turks reigned over Jerusalem until the British General Edmund Allenby defeated them EXACTLY EIGHT JUBILEE YEARS LATER, IN 1917.

HIS 2018 PROPHECY• Ben Samuel's prophecy was fulfilled precisely because 1517 to 1917

is exactly 400 years. Afterward, Jerusalem was no-man's land for 50 years during the time of the British Mandate (1917-1947) and the time of Jordanian rule (1947-1967), another jubilee year. During the Six Day War in 1967, Israel captured Jerusalem from Jordan and the city returned to the Jewish people after nearly two millennia of exile. After that, the countdown for the Messianic age began.

• It wasn't only mystics who predicted these events, but also secular Jews like the journalist and visionary of the Jewish state Theodor Herzl. He predicted at the First Zionist Congress in Switzerland in 1897 that within 50 years the Jewish state would exist. This came to pass: 50 years after Herzl's prediction, the jubilee year of the British Mandate was over and in 1947 the United Nations voted for the establishment of a Jewish state in the Land of Israel.

• According to this timeline, it is possible that 2017 or 2018 WILL BE A DECISIVE YEAR FOR ISRAEL because it will be 70 years after 1947, the UN decision for the establishment of Israel, and 50 years after the unification of Jerusalem.

THE GENERAL CONDITION OF MEN:

NOW HOW ABOUT THE RAPTURE?

Do we have to worry or waste our time plotting all these dates (tribulation, great tribulation) etc., WHEN THE LORD WILL TAKE HIS CHILDREN AWAY BEFORE THE TRIBULATION PERIOD?

WE RESPECT THE ARGUMENTS IN FAVOR OF THE PRE-TRIB RAPTURE,

BUT…• 2 Thessalonians 2:1-4Now, brethren, concerning the coming of our Lord Jesus

Christ and our gathering together to Him, we ask you,2 not to be soon shaken in mind or troubled, either by spirit or

by word or by letter, as if from us, as though the day of Christ had come.

WHAT JESUS HIMSELF SAID:

DAYS the sun will be darkened, and the moon will not give its light; the stars will fall from heaven, and the powers of the heavens will be shaken.

CLEARLY:

BOTH PAUL AND JESUS PUT THE TIMING OF THE RAPTURE:

1. Either mid-trib (“until the Son of lawlessness is revealed… who sets himself up as God in the temple…”

2. Or post-trib (either post tribulation, or post great tribulation; more likely post trib…) “IMMEDIATELY AFTER THE DISTRESS OF THOSE DAYS…”)

So the question now:

HOW DO WE PREPARE NOW FOR THE TRIBULATION PERIOD?

This now is the real McKoy, the million dollar question…

CAN THE CHRISTIAN ESCAPE THE GREAT TRIBULATION PERIOD (THE

SECOND HALF)?

Luke 21:36 Watch ye therefore, and pray always, that ye may be accounted worthy to escape all these things that shall come to pass, and to stand before the Son of man.

AFTER THIS…

• When he opened the seventh seal, there was silence in heaven for about half an hour. And I saw the seven angels who stand before God, and to them were given seven trumpets. (Revelation 8:1-2 NIV)

• ANOTHER ANGEL, who had a golden censer, came and stood at the altar. He was given much incense to offer, with the prayers of all the saints, on the golden altar before the throne. The smoke of the incense, together with the prayers of the saints, went up before God from the angel's hand. THEN THE ANGEL TOOK THE CENSER, FILLED IT WITH FIRE FROM THE ALTAR, AND HURLED IT ON THE EARTH; AND THERE CAME PEALS OF THUNDER, RUMBLINGS, FLASHES OF LIGHTNING AND AN EARTHQUAKE. (Revelation 8:3-5 NIV)

• AFTER THIS, there is no more mention of prayer in heaven

VERY IMPORTANT POINT:

• The FIRST HALF of the TRIBULATION PERIOD is NOT GOD’S WRATH UPON THE EARTH

• Rather, THEY ARE THE SIGNS OF THE ANTI-CHRIST (not of Christ)

• So the PRE-TRIB ARGUMENT THAT THE BRIDE IS TO BE “SAVED FROM THE WRATH TO COME”, CANNOT APPLY TO THE FIRST HALF BECAUSE THIS IS NOT YET GOD’S WRATH (GOD’S WRATH IS ON THE SECOND HALF OF THE TRIBULATION PERIOD)

OUR BASIS FOR SAYING THAT:REVELATIONS 6:9-12Re 6:9 When He opened the FIFTH SEAL, I saw under the altar the souls of those who

had been slain for the word of God and for the testimony which they held. (So THEIR DEATHS WERE NOT FROM GOD)

10 And they cried with a loud voice, saying, "How long, O Lord, holy and true, until You judge and avenge our blood on those who dwell on the earth?“ (THAT IS WHY THEY ASKED FOR GOD’S VENGEANCE)

11 Then a white robe was given to each of them; and it was said to them that they should rest a little while longer, until both the number of their fellow servants and their brethren, who would be killed as they were, was completed.

12 I looked when He opened the SIXTH SEAL, and behold, there was a great earthquake; and the sun became black as sackcloth of hair, and the moon became like blood.

HERE, GOD IS GOING TO MAKE HIS MOVES. That is why the first half of the tribulation ENDS WITH THE SIXTH SEAL.

The second half – THE GREAT TRIBULATION PERIOD – “God’s WRATH”, begins with the SEVENTH SEAL, which UNLEASHES THE SEVEN TRUMPET JUDGMENTS.

THAT IS WHY I BELIEVE THAT THE GREAT TRIB (THE SECOND HALF) IS GOD’S WRATH, AND NOT YET OR NOT SO MUCH THE FIRST HALF.

Prognostication of one “computer”(2015-2022):

• The FEAST OF TRUMPETS SEPT. 14, 2015 to TISHA B'AV AUG. 7, 2022 is exactly 7 years times 360 days/year (2,520 DAYS). Tisha B'Av does not fall on the 2,520th day for 2014 to 2021, nor 2016 to 2023. 2013 is too soon because it is not enough time to build the Temple. 2017 is too far away from the Tetrad. The event must begin within the Tetrad. Aug. 7, 2022 on Tisha B'Av is in keeping with when the commemoration when the first two Temples were destroyed (they were destroyed on the 7th day of Av).

Prognostication:

• There is a Total Lunar Tetrad 2014/15. It falls on Passover, Tabernacles and again on Passover and Tabernacles, coinciding with the red blood moon of Rev. 6.12 ("the moon became as blood") that occurs just before the first trumpet of seven trumpets of the 7 year Tribulation (8.7ff) take place. This won't happen again for centuries. It has only happened seven times since Christ. The last time it happened was 1967/68 when Israel entered Jerusalem for the first time in nearly two thousand years. The time before that was 1949/50. Israel was declared a nation in 1948, but they still fought for a year afterwards. It will be the 8th time since Christ when this happens again in 2014/15. What this tells me is that the red blood moon immediately takes place before the Tribulation so the Tribulation must commence within a year of the Tetrad to be consistent with 1493/94, 1948/49 and 1967/68 as it happened before. This places the commencement of the Tribulation and first rapture (a partial rapture) according to readiness (Matt. 24.40-41,42, Luke 21.36, Rev. 3.10) within a year of 2014/15. Feast of Trumpets typifies rapture with the Shofars pointed up and a blasting sound. Narrowing it down, the Tribulation could commence on the Feast of Trumpets in the year 2013, 2014, 2015 or 2016.

HOW ABOUT “NO ONE KNOWS…”?

• When Jesus says you won't know the day or the hour, He's telling you it's the Feast of Trumpets because that was known as the feast where no one knew the day or the hour that it would begin. The new month begins when the crescent of the moon can be seen. Sometimes it falls on the 29th, other times on the 30th. "Ye know neither the day nor the hour wherein the Son of man cometh" (Matt. 25.13).

WATCHMAN NEE’S VIEWS ON THE

PLACEMENT OF THE TWO GREAT EARTHQUAKES:• In Come, Lord Jesus, Nee writes,• The Bible gives two accounts in JOEL and MATTHEW of the celestial

cataclysm and earthquake that are to occur at the second coming of the Lord. One cataclysmic event will occur in advance of the day of His coming and another one will follow the day of His return. In other words, one will happen before the Great Tribulation and another will occur after the Great Tribulation. Joel 3.16-17 and 2.30-31 describe what will happen before the great and terrible day of the Lord, that is, in advance of the Great Tribulation. On the other hand, Matthew 24.29-30 explains what will come to pass after these days of the Great Tribulation are over.

• Again, Nee said,• The Jews upon whom the Holy Spirit will be poured out in the coming day

(the former rain has already been poured out—Acts 2, but the latter rain is yet to be poured forth—Joel 2.28-29). The blood and fire mentioned in Joel 2.30 coincide with the phenomena of the first trumpet; the pillars of smoke agree with the fifth trumpet. THUS THE SECOND OUTPOURING OF THE HOLY SPIRIT WILL OCCUR BETWEEN THE SIXTH SEAL AND THE FIFTH TRUMPET [specifically, so it hasn't happened yet, not till the Total Lunar Tetrad 2014/15].

Calculating the 666

Nebuchadnezzar’s rule and dominance over Israel began with the first captivity of 606 BC. The time from 606 BC to the 9th of Av 587 BC would be 19.4 years or about 7,080 days. This divided by 1,440 would add 4.9 "days" to the 658.5 "days" to bring the running total to 663.4 "days". Adding in the time from Heshvan 10, 2010 to the hypothesized full blessing of the Kingdom on Day 1335 in 2017 would be 2,615 days, which would convert to 1.8 "days". The total time of these "days" from 606 BC to AD 2017 would equal 665.2 "days" placing AD 2017 in the 666th "day". This would also mean that the years of 2018, 2019, and 2020 would also be in this period of the 666th day, if started from the spring of 606 BC.

How computed:

• To calculate the total span of time of 666 "days" it would be 666 times 1,440 days (which equals 959,040 days) divided by 365.2422 days per year to equal 2,625.76 solar years. If December 2017 is the end point, then March of 609 BC would be the beginning point to cover the whole span of time concerning 666 "days". Is there any merit to this being a proper starting point?

In 609 BC King Josiah died in battle trying to stop Pharaoh at Megiddo, which is where the name of Armageddon is derived. Josiah was the last of Israel’s good kings and it is also said that none preceding him were as good in their heart toward the Lord (2 Kings 23:25). However, Josiah’s death and what followed was an indication of God’s judgment on Judah that had been developing (2 Kings 23:26-27). After Josiah’s death Jehoahaz was king for 3 short months when Pharaoh removed him and placed Jehoiakimin his place under heavy tribute. None of the kings after Josiah ever had a shred of sovereign control up until the destruction of Jerusalem 22 years later in 587 BC. It would appear that God’s protective hand was removed at the time of Josiah’s death. He was the last righteous and sovereign king.

666 and year 2017

• Therefore, if Israel’s loss of sovereignty to the Gentiles began in Megiddo in 609 BC and if it is reversed in Megiddo (Armageddon) in 2017, it will span the period of 666 "days" exactly. If the timeline begins in the spring of 609 BC, then 2,625.76 years later it will end in our December of AD 2017. This period of 666 would be the limit to the rule of man over Jerusalem—man as typified by the many beast kingdoms in Daniel and in Revelation. Even Nebuchadnezzar’s statue that he fashioned after his vision even contained the dimensions of 6 by 60 cubits. If this theory is valid, then the number of the Beast would be complete in 2017!

Here is wisdom. Let him that hath understanding count the number of the beast: for it is the number of a man; and his number is Six hundred threescore and six.--Revelation 13:8

WHAT IS THE POINT OF ALL THESE “NUMBERS GAMES”?

1. That THERE IS AN AMAZING “CONSPIRACY” OF THE PROPHETIC FULFILMENT OF ALL THE PROPHETIC NUMBERS, FIGURES, AND “FORMULAS” coming in in the 2014-2015 to 2018 TIME FRAME (Ezekiel’s, Daniel’s, etc. etc. etc formulas)

2. These numerical applications are accompanied by SIGNS EVERYWHERE (stars, nature, Israel, etc.)

3. THEY ALL POINT TO THE COMING IN OF THE TRIBULATION PERIOD

WITH THESE DATA, ARE WE DATE-SETTING THE COMING OF THE

TRIBULATION PERIOD?NO, BECAUSE THE TRIBULATION PERIOD CANNOT START WITHOUT A PEACE TREATY GOOD FOR SEVEN YEARS THAT ALLOWS THE REBUILDING OF THE TEMPLE.

We are just giving the uncanny “coming together” of the formulas and numbers given throughout the Bible concerning judgments and redemptions.

SO THAT IF……

THE CLINCHER OR CONFIRMER:

• IF A SEVEN YEAR TREATY IS SIGNED BY ISRAEL WHICH ALLOWS IT TO REBUILD THE TEMPLE, then “taposna ang boksing”…

• We would then be in the tribulation period!

WHAT IF NOTHING SIGNIFICANT HAPPENS IN 2014-2018?

THEN THAT MEANS WE HAVE A LITTLE MORE TIME…

It means God is delaying things “not wanting for any to perish but for all to come to repentance”
