motivational impact of feedback
using scenario-based questions
Correlation analysis between phrase's
impact on motivation levels and user’s
motivational orientation scores
Tested three coaching arrangements
to maximize motivation increase:
1. Feedback phrases based on
hypothesized correlation
2. Feedback phrases based on
correlation analysis
3. Feedback phrases based on the
introduction of a third-hybrid coach
Results & Conclusions Significant motivational increase or
maintenance observed in all methods
Method 3 has largest number of us-
ers with increased or consistent moti-
