To engage students/parents/teachers in conversation about the future progress of the student.

To improve the students’ academic goals

To set at least two S.M.A.R.T. goals Specific Measurable Attainable Realistic Timely

To encourage targeted contact between home and school.

By the end of this session you will:

Have set one academic and one service goal for 2012

Have identified how you will be able to measure your progress towards these goals.

Have identified the steps that you will need to take in order to achieve these goals.
