GO Uptown Gateway to Oakland Uptown 2016 TIGER Grant Application Project Summary Lead Applicant Project Description GO Uptown is a unique and transformative set of improvements to 19th St. / Oakland BART Station and the surrounding public realm that will improve access to the station, expand station capacity, and replace aging infrastructure while simultaneously reducing energy use, modernizing the appearance of the station, enhancing safety and promoting local art.
