Your login information was retained from last season. Username is your email address that you supplied to yourclub and default password is your OSA number however if you changed your password last season your passwordwould remain the same as last season.
Prior to the start of the season Team Officials are required to completed the following tasks:o Entering their Team Roster into the PHDL Youth Sched2k System.o Review your profile to ensure all your contact information is correct and up to date. This information is very important
as it will be used through-out the season to contact you for rescheduled games, cancellations, and any disciplinaryrelated issues.
Please do not wait until the day of your first game to populate your team roster just in case you have technicalissues and need assistance.
Helpful Instructions and tutorials have been posted on the website for your assistance.
Most of you will be familiar with this software as it is the same software used bythe SRSL
Once you have logged into the Sched2k system you will have the following functions available to you:

A copy of the YPHDL Rules & Regulations can be found on the website. Please print off a copy and read them thoroughly
For the most part the rules have not changed and are the same as last season.
The only important change we want to make you aware of is players are no longer required to sign the game sheets.
This means all players listed on the game are deemed to have played. If a player does not show up please ensure to crossthem off on the game sheet.

The 2015 Waiver Form has been posted on the website. Print off a copy and once you have read the rules email back to us.One (1) waiver form per team is required. The preference is for the Head Coach to submit the signed waiver.
The 2015 Schedules will be available online once this meeting has concluded.
In order to print off your schedule go to PHSA website: www.peelhaltonsoccer.com and select competition and from thepull-down menu select PHDL Youth. Click on Schedules option found on the left hand side and it will take you to theSched2k site. From the banner at the top select schedules option. Simply find your division and select it.
The PHDL Youth will reschedule games only if the game conflicts with an approved exception dates, Ontario Cup, and OFSAA.All other rescheduling requests must be submitted in writing (email) and will be reviewed by the board.
Requests for any other reason will not be granted.
o YPHDL League Cup – all preliminary rounds will be scheduled on the home teams field except for the Finals.League Cup Finals will be scheduled at a neutral location. The finals will be held September 20th in Caledon.
o Awards Presentation – The 1st place team of each division will be invited to the YPHDL Awards presentation.The presentation will be held in mid to late October. Date/Venue are TBA at this time

Futsal is the format of Small Sided Football that is recognised and supported by FIFA and UEFA.There is a UEFA Futsal Cup for clubs, and UEFA Futsal Championships and FIFA World Championship for nationalTeams.
Peel Halton Futsal League will be running this coming Winter & Spring at locations within the Peel Halton district.
