INTRODUCTION OF SOLAR PPA

• A electricity supply agreement between Aeronergy and your business with no upfront cost*

• Aeronergy delivers substantially cheaper electricity that your business can currently procure in return for a 7, 10 or 15 year agreement

• The electricity produced by the solar system(s) will be supplied at a rate as agreed.

• Aeronergy is the ownership of the system and will be responsible for all the maintenance of your solar system under the contract validity period with no additional cost*

• Aeronergy owns the solar system and will provide a suitable system size that will be fully installed.

• Your solar system will then generate renewable energy that is consumed by your property (see Solar energy daily consumption diagram).

• You purchase this green power at a lower rate than your current electricity retailer for the full term of the contract (see Annual saving comparison chart diagram).

• When the contract term ends, you can buy the system outright or continue with the agreement.

If you want to purchase a solar system outright, we can also offer you: • Once-off payment, or • Lease payment plan We will still support you throughout the entire process including system design, grid- connect application, finance application, construction and meter connection. Once this process is completed, Aeronergywill return the ownership of the system back to you
