What is the Program

• A tool to increase our contractor recruitment.

• Develop new talent in all markets.

• Evaluate new talent for the Belgard Authorized Contractor program.

What the Program is not• A quick(er) way to enter the Belgard

Authorized Contractor Program.– The criteria stays the same.

• A program to bring in any contractor who we find, remember this is a process to find new talent not new problems.

The Program

• The key to the program is to find and recruit new talent and existing contractors into the Belgard business.

• Getting the contractors into the “Go for the Gold Program” allows us to build loyalty and track their progress.

• Each step will result in a mailing to the contractor congratulating them on their progress.

The Program

• Bronze Level– Occurs after their first project with Belgard

product.– The contractor receives their first thank you

package.– Dealer who sold product receives a thank you

letter.

The Program

• Silver Level– Occurs after completion of projects 2 through

6 with Belgard product.– The contractor receives their second thank

you package including their second letter.– Dealer who sold product receives a thank you

letter and T-Shirt package.

The Program

• Gold Level– Occurs after completion of projects 7 through

10 with Belgard product.– The contractor receives their third thank you

package and their third thank you letter with a description of the BAC program.

– Dealer who sold product receives a thank you letter and T-Shirts and Hats.

– Bronze and Silver come

in the smaller of the two

boxes.

– Gold comes in the same size as our Belgard Authorized Contractor box.
