NOTE: In order to load an airway on the FPL, thestarting waypoint must be on the FPL. Enter theairway after this waypoint.

NOTE: If ending airway WPT is known .+then type WPT ID.

NOTE: These procedures may also be used with astored flight plan.

4. DEPARTURE Airport Identifier - VERIFY or INSERT valid ident.

NOTE: If the first waypoint on the Flight Plan is anairport, the Departure ident prefills and the cursoris positioned over the first SID identifier.

If the first waypoint on the Flight Plan is a runway,the RUNWAY field also prefills and the cursor is over the first SID identifier on the list.

MODIFYING A FLIGHT PLAN

Deleting A Waypoint:

1. .F to select desired FPL page.

2. .- to position cursor over the waypoint identifier to be deleted.

3. .B DELETE? will appear.

4. .E to delete the waypoint.

NOTE: Deleting a waypoint from either a SID,STAR, or Approach Procedure will invalidate thatprocedure.

To remove a waypoint from non-volatile memory itmust be deleted from all Stored Flight Plans.

Adding A Waypoint
