How it works…Free Speech

Free Speech| Job Seekers have the right to ask

questions about GMTRJ, its practices and its clients. We are

an advisor, friend and counselor to you. If we do not

communicate with YOU and your career goals we will not

have success. Likewise, if you do not ask us the difficult

questions WE will fail together.

Due Process| As the Job Seeker, you have the right to

understand the employer organization, the hiring

managers criteria, the screening and interview process

and the expectations that everyone has set. It is our

intention to be completely Transparent in this process and

ensure that YOU and everyone else are treated fairly and

communicated with appropriately throughout the lifetime

of our relationship.

How it works…Trial by Jury

Trial by Jury| YOU, the Job Seeker, will get the

opportunity to represent yourself to GMTRJ and its clients if

we mutually determine there is a reason to pursue an

opportunity. If we tell you there will be an interview there

will be an interview. We will also share the feedback from

the “Jury of your Peers” (Employers, GMTRJ personnel,

etc.) so we can make sure that you make a good decision in

planning for your future.

7. Submit your inquiry to any employer without your consent

8. Tell you the opportunity is in Chicago, IL when it is in

Chico, CA

9. Play games with the $$$... This is transparent in our

model. We do not work on % fees and % mark-ups.
