1. order clear light guide fibers from Saint Gobain2. fabricate glass ferrules for square fiber fuser3. cut and rough-polish 500 scintillating fiber sections4. fine-polish one end of the scintillating fibers5. cut and rough-polish 500 clear light guides6. fuse light guides to the scintillators7. fine-polish the end of the clear light guides8. paint the contact surfaces of the fibers9. epoxy the scintillating fibers into 5x5 modules10. attach reflective mylar to the upstream module ends

1. order diamond plates from vendor
