Material of Balloon Envelope

BALLOON ENVELOPE

The fan motor (blower) that inflates the balloon also acts as a cooling function. If the fan motor should break, Balloon alarm buzzer installed acts as a safety device. It will sound during normal operation if the balloon attempts to make contact with the lamp’s hot! surface. If this condition occurs, immediately place the GloBug’s ON/OFF switch in the OFF position.

Expendable parts such as balloon envelope and lamp can be quickly replaced without any tools and with less effort. Adjusting angle of the balloon, that is to change the illumination area, and storing balloon are operated easily.

The fabric made of a special material is very resistant to heat. As the test results show below, the fabric does not melt with any temperature at each part.

As a material of the balloon envelope of GloBugTM series, the most suitable fabric, is well diffusive, durable and heatproof, is selected. Maintenance to the balloon envelope is possible, making it last for a long time.

Common dirt such as mud will come out in washing machines. Detach the envelope from the balloon and put it in a laundry bag. You can wash it readily with most neutral detergent. In the case of greasy dirt, wipe off the dirt using grease and oil cleaning sprays and wash it in a washing machines.
