Introduction Aluminum Nitride (ALN) Powder is a ceramic material possessing outstanding properties such as high thermal conductivity, high electrical resistance. ALN has been increasingly used as substrate materials for electronic packaging and as fillers to improve the thermal conductivity of polymer composites. Thrutek® ALN-AF series is the grade with high purity and without surface modification for special application which Fe impurity is below 200ppm. It is used as fillers in compound material and ceramic substrate applications. Customized size distribution for specific applications is welcomed.
