WHAT IS GLOBAL WARMING

According to livescience.com Global Warming is the gradual heating of earths

surface, oceans, and atmosphere.

CURRENT TREND OF GLOBAL WARMING

Global warming has been steadily increasing for a while now. Over the past

century earths average temperature has increased by 1.4 degrees. however

these numbers are projected to increase by a lot. According to livescience.com

the temperature is projected to increase from anywhere between 2 to 11.5

degrees in the next 100 years.

DATA According to CBS news a study was recently conducted to prove that global warming was

happening. The study looked at satellite data, readings from buoys, and other marine floats for

ocean temperature. The study found that the temperature has been increasing by about two-tenths

of a degree Fahrenheit per decade since 2000.

HOW HUMANS CAN STOP GLOBAL WARMING

One way humans can stop global warming is by planting trees. Trees can help

because they absorb Co2 and release oxygen back into the earth. If there are more

trees to absorb Co2 then less of it will get into the atmosphere where it can cause

global warming.
