Our process engineers have extensive experience in a broad range of chemical processes that will provide added value - from process improvements and new technologies to the design of complete new process systems. Pilot testing / toll operation

Our Pilot Plant Test Facility has been specially created to handle challenging applications involving Wiped Film Evaporators (WFEs), recirculated flash evaporators, distillation, reaction and drying. The facility is equipped to custom configure any test from simple applications involving a single evaporation step to more complex applications requiring multiple evaporation steps or even vacuum distillation requiring a packed column. This highly instrumented facility is designed to capture all the process data required for guaranteed scale up results.

Is your batch reactor performance decreasing, cycle time increasing and quality, utilisation and capacity down?Our technicians will not only repair your equipment but, along with our engineers, also work with you to troubleshoot the process, find the root causes and prevent repeating the problem.

Our technicians provide complete glass lining inspection services to ensure that your reactor is in proper condition for safe and efficient operation. We are contactable 24/7 for customer support including weekends and holidays for any emergency shutdown. You can rely on our on-call service team to get the service you need within as little as 48 hours.We recognise the cost ramifications of scheduled maintenance. However, the positive impacts are increased equipment asset reliability, continued production integrity and a reduction in the risk of unscheduled outages or catastrophic failure.

Expert welders, with appropriate certification according to the national and international standards and codes (EN ISO, ASME and AWS), provide repair work at the customer site. One of the important areas of expertise of Pfaudler’s entire services team is mechanical seal maintenance. The mechanical seal is a key element of agitated reactors. Like all rotating equipment, it is subject to wear and risk of damage. This may cause unplanned plant shutdowns resulting in loss of production and additional cost, both of which reduce profit. For an easy replacement of the mechanical seal we recommend our highly-qualified service technicians and our professional mechanical seal tool kit.
