    Improve your plant metricsOur OEM expertise enables you to optimize maintenance strategies and costs, extend the life of your equipment and plant, extend the time between maintenance, and increase the unit availability and reliability quickly and effectively. No other service supplier knows GE equipment as well as our engineers and technicians do.     Optimized maintenanceEvery decision draws on engineering experience and the quantitative data and knowledge from statistical analysis gained through the ongoing monitoring and maintenance of more than 500 GE units currently operating worldwide. We offer industry best practices for your plant. No other company can provide this level of expertise for your GE equipment.

    Beyond routine repairs and maintenance, we have extensive experience in managing maintenance of the whole plant. We expertly coordinate repairs involving large numbers of your staff working in concert with our specialized engineering department.

    Gas re-injection and gas lift GE can increase turbomachinery ef ciency up to 5-6%, power output up to 15% and gas ow up to 80% through centrifugal compressor and gas turbine uprates.

    LNGAccording to customer calculations, GEs technologies and patented maintenance methods enable output increases equivalent to one full year of extra production over a 20-year cycle.

    PipelineOperating cost savings up to 10%, along with ef ciency and compression station ow increases, can be achieved through tailored combinations of turbocompression upgrades and pipeline integrity services.

    ProcessingSigni cant production increases can be achieved with GEs debottlenecking services modifying parts instead of replacing units. Customized solutions such as replacing compressor internal parts, modifying stages and sealing systems, will have little impact on the plant layout or capital expenditures.

It is equipped with a full range of precision analytical systems for oil and gas operations. iCenter is continuously online with our advanced instrumentation installed at customer sites around the world. Data is transmitted from client plants and machines for real-time monitoring and expert analysis by our technical team.

    The level of information available through iCenter enables us not only to monitor current machine performance, but to accurately predict future performance. GEs Oil & Gas business provides training for the operation and maintenance of our complete line of machinery and equipment. Our instructors are eld-seasoned experts who combine their understanding of theory with practical experience.
