The Global Partnerships Program (GPP) is our initiative to further strengthen Telecom Italia’s international ties through partnerships and business collaborations with TLc Operators worldwide by drawing on our vast experience as a Telecom player in both established and emerging markets. We know our business and, more importantly, we know how to share experiences and methodologies with colleagues in different countries, cultures and markets. We like to think we are more than just consultants: we are “in the same boat” with our clients, prepared to live their risks and opportunities. Telecom Italia’s cloud offer is unique since it has specifically been designed and positioned for the benefit of telecom Operators: it leverages telco players wide range of physical and commercial assets. Through this approach it is possible to offer to end users – small, medium and large enterprises – a one-stop shopping and an end-to-end quality control over the suite of services and the fixed/mobile connectivity layer. Operators adopting this solutions may gain the opportunity of becoming the reference cloud provider in their home country.
diGital television
cubovision is the new personal and interactive TV of Telecom Italia, an Over The Top service and a multi-device offer available for TV, Pc, Smartphones, Tablets and Game consoles. Telecom Italia can take this performing and well tested platform and suite of services to TLC Operators either through a Plug & Play approach or – depending on the location – an outsourcing business model, that would reduce the costs of these services and leverage TI’s assets and operational capabilities.

Our Smart Services suite includes: digital city services such as remote monitoring of public lighting, infomobility, security and pollution monitoring (Smart Town), energy management and building services (Smart Building), e-learning for hospitalized children (Smart Inclusion), telemedicine applications (Mydoctor@Home) and many other solutions which can be tailored to the specific needs of local communities.

Telecom Italia’s Partners can deploy in their operations our platform for rating fixed and mobile interconnection traffic (Voice, SMS, MMS, IP) developed in-house. A reliable, flexible and effective solution, adopted for years by several Operators in Europe and South America. This system is fully compliant with the latest technologies (e.g. LTE) and its basic functionalities cover from traffic collection, guiding and rating – including EBc (Element Based conveyance), discounts, billing cycle management – to data warehousing and trend analysis.
mobile non-stoP suite
Mobile Non-Stop Suite (MNS) is a set of applications which collects and combines in an easy and modular way many functionalities and Value Added Services for Mobile Operators: Roaming Traffic Steering, SMS Alerting Services (call Me, Who called?, call Now), GLR, Welcome SMS, Welcome on Site Messaging, EIR IMEI Manager, ETS (Event-Triggered-Services), IdM (Integrated device Management), SMS-c, SMS Home Router, USSd Gateway. MNS Suite has been fully developed by Telecom Italia and is currently running in its networks in Italy and South America as well as in a Partner’s network in the far East.
fiXed netWork assurance Platforms
Telecom Italia is adopting unique, proprietary platforms aiming at fulfilling fixed data Network assurance and quality processes with a One call Solution Approach. Such systems are “multivendor compliant” and cover from remote management of Customer Premises Equipment (CPE) to remote troubleshooting of xDSL circuits, VPN MPLS services and IP Multicast.
