Throughout your exchange, you will face multiple challenges, which may make you feel confused, demotivated or even losing track of why you are on exchange. The journal allows you to stop, take a breadth to think, and refocus. By following the steps and writing down your thoughts and experiences, it can hopefully give you an understanding of why you are exchange and how you can make the best out of your experience in the remaining period of your exchange. !
