Global Bhatia Foundation (GBF) is a dream organization for every Bhatia

staying anywhere in the globe. By having an umbrella organization, a platform will

be available to link each community member with all. Inspired by the vision of Shri

Vallabhdas Karsandas Natha a humble effort has been made by committed

volunteers to establish GBF and then take up projects that are of National stature.

The founder members of GBF are all the Managing Committee members.

GBF Website was launched on Jan 23, 2011. GBF obtained it's Registration on April 26, 2011 (Reg. No. 1266 –under Society's Act 21 of 1860 of Maharashtra State, Mumbai )

Fourth event “An Interactive session with Dr. Mukul Asher (National University of Singapore) on Importance of Education and Livelihood Opportunities” organized – June 4, 2011

A case study of the Bhatia community ( A History ) – A Ph.D. Thesis By Dr. Mangala B. Purandare, University of Mumbai has been taken up for Publication by GBF. GBF has appointed Dr. Mangala Purandare as an official Archiever for GBF for writing Volume-2 on Bhatia Community which will include all the prominent bhatias & organizations created by Bhatias till present date. This book is published on January 15, 2012.

4 White papers viz. Housing for All Bhatias, Higher Education, Single Window, Home for the Aged Bhatias, were prepared and discussed by the Board of Trustees and suitable strategy for each project has been formulated

Fifth event "Aptitude Test and Career Counseling Project" organised on July 17 & 24,2011 at 2 locations (HPT School-Churchgate & KES College-Kandivali) for Bhatia students (Std-IX toXII).

Global Census Project initiated on Jan 23, 2011

Bhatia Business Directory Project initiated on January 23, 2011

GBF Annual Sports was organised on December 11, 2011, January 1, 2012 & January 8, 2012.

Parichay Milan-2012 was organised on January 28 & 29, 2012 at Shri Sunderbai Hall, Churchgate.

GBF Facebook was launched in February 2012.

Employment Guidance Cell Commenced.

Entrepreneurship Development Division Established

GBF will take up limited projects per year with a sense of Quality & not Quantity in view and make honest efforts to win confidence of Bhatia Community across the globe.

Global Bhatia Foundation (GBF) is a concept that has been thought over, discussed, planned and proposed from time to time by various groups of Bhatia community and till the year 2008, it hasn't taken a concrete shape. A visionary like Late Shri Vallabhdas Karsondas Natha was a thought leader for the GBF concept. In this document, an attempt is made to make a humble beginning to give a shape to the overall project. A vacuum exists for the domains listed in this document. This document is prepared as an introduction for all the team members and volunteers to implement the projects of GBF. As of now GBF is a registered organisation.

TWO-TIER TEAM (Directive Management & Operation Management)

A two-Tier team will manage the Project viz. An Advisory Board (Through Board of Trustees) who'll give direction and Guidance & an Implementation team who'll have a Project Coordinator and team members for each project.

ADVISORY BOARD: All Bhatia Industrialists, Entrepreneurs, Businessmen, Professionals and Trustees of the charitable trusts. The list is prepared as a separate document.

POOL: Several selfless volunteers working for Bhatia organizations across the nation, All Bhatia Institutions (Registered) across the country and overseas and other experienced workers, etc. A separate document, enlisting all the Project Coordinators (PCs) is prepared for the purpose. Several selfless volunteers have come forward for the projects of GBF.

Global Bhatia Foundation (GBF) is a not for profit, National body of entire Bhatia Community (overseas Bhatia included) and intends to be an umbrella organisation for all the organisations of Bhatia Community. GBF has commenced its operations from its office located at 1/6, Dossa Mansion, Sir P. M. Road, Fort, Mumbai - 400001 from January 1, 2011. Shri Nitin Dossa (Trustee) has been kind enough to let his premises used for GBF Office without charging any rent. The umbrella organization has a dream for an exclusive building with basic infrastructure. All the team members shall work towards acquiring or building GBF Head Quarters.

All the project coordinators shall use this office (GBF-HQ) for the project work. All the volunteers shall be paid/reimbursed all the expenses (Travel, Telephone, Staying charges while on outstation duty, Tea-coffee-snacks-Lunch-Dinner) at the actuals while on duty.

The GBF will have following team as a permanent staff at the HQ – Office Administrator (Board Secretary cum coordinator for the project coordinators cum Accounts Manager), Office Assistant to assist Executive secretary. This team may be increased in future, based on the workload and actual requirement of manpower. If need arises, Board of Trustees may appoint a full time CEO on salary/honorarium to oversee success of all the projects under implementation.

The GBF has a website and an email facility to link with Global Bhatias. The Administrator will open and answer / forward all the mails.

The GBF is proposed to run in a professional manner as a large corporate house.

As and when major projects kick off and funds position permits, GBF shall look for it's own independent office with adequate cubicles, a conference room, a reception area, pantry, toilet block, parking space, server room, projector, record room and a museum for the history of Bhatia community.

SHRI MANSINGH L. BHAKTA - Hon. Legal Advisor

Shri Mansingh Laxmidas Bhakta is Senior Partner of M/s. Kanga & Co., Advocates & Solicitors. Mr. Bhakta has been in practice for over 55 years and has vast experience in the legal field particularly on matters relating to corporate laws, banking and taxation. He has been a Independent Non-Executive Director of Ambuja Cements Ltd. since September 1985. Mr. Bhakta has been an Independent Director of Reliance Industries Limited since September 1977 and serves as its Lead Independent Director.

He serves as a Director of Micro Inks Ltd., JCB Manufacturing Limited and JCB India Limited. He serves as a Trustee at Indian Merchants' Chambers. He served as a Non Executive Director of Larsen & Toubro Ltd. He was the Chairman of the Taxation Law Standing Committee of LAWASIA. He is Recipient of Rotary Centennial Service Award for Professional Excellence from Rotary International. He is listed as one of the Leading Lawyers of Asia for Six consecutive years from 2006 to 2011 by Asialaw, Hongkong. Mr. Bhakta is graduate in Arts and Law.

His personal collection of more than 500 idols of Lord Ganesh is very unique and his home is a Museum of Ganapati. His faith and obsession with Shri Ganesh is perhaps a secret of his long life, Good Health, Exemplary Career and very high respect amongst the corporate world and legal fraternity.

SHRI VITHALDAS G. UDESHI - Trustee

Shri Vithaldas G. Udeshi started his career with Jayant Oil Mills, a partnership firm, in 1952, and was inducted as partner of the firm in 1953. Thereafter the said firm was converted into a Company in 1973 and he continued to be a whole time Director of the said Company, viz; Jayant Vegoils & Chemicals. He was also on the Board of Directors of Jayant Oil Products Pvt. Ltd., Jayant Industrial and Scientific Research, Jayant Sebacates Pvt. Ltd. During his tenure as Group Chairman of the above Companies, the Jayant Oil Mills Prop. Jayant Vegoils & Chemicals Ltd., secured Export House Status in 1974 and thereafter Trading House Status in 1983. He was holding Directorship position in these Companies upto 5th March, 2002.

Mr. Vithaldas G. Udeshi was Vice-Chairman of Chemexcil and Director of the International Castor Oil Association. He is a Technocrat Entrepreneur with an excellent track record in industrial and marketing Management.

He is widely traveled and is keeping himself abreast with the latest technical, technological and regulatory developments in the castor oil world by virtue of a position he occupied in the above companies.

Mr. Vithaldas G. Udeshi is a Director and Chairman of Jayant Agro-Organics Ltd., since its incorporation 7th May, 1992 and he is also Director/Chairman of Jayant Finvest Ltd., Ihsedu Agrochem Pvt. Ltd. and Gokulmani Real Estate Development Pvt. Ltd.

Thus, he has more than 50 years of experience in this line of business.

He is committed to bring back the Past Glory of Bhatia Community.

SHRI ASHWIN CHAMPRAJ SHROFF - Trustee

Shri Shroff after Graduating in Chemistry from Bombay University in 1965 joined Excel Industries. Moving through various operational and functional departments in Excel Industries Ltd, he rose to become its Chairman and Managing Director.

He is past President of Indian Chemical Council (formerly, Indian Chemical Manufacturers Association). He has been a regular participant in various study groups, conferences, seminars and has contributed papers on diverse subjects.

Shri Shroff is committed to purposeful contributions in Social Development. He is Trustee of Vivekanand Research & Training Institute (VRTI), a voluntary

organization based in Kutchh, Gujarat, dedicated for Sustainable Agricultural & Rural Development. He has been Executive Committee Member of Kutchh Navnirman Abhiyan, a Federation of Voluntary Organizations in Kutchh, Gujarat formed in 2001 post-earth quake for rehabilitation of people & redevelopment of the earthquake affected region in Gujarat.

Shri Shroff is also associated with Management Educational Institutes viz SIES College of Management Studies (SIESCOM) & Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS).

SHRI CHETAN MERCHANT - Trustee

Shri Chetan Merchant is an MBA from University of Mumbai and an ardent sportsman. He played Cricket and represented his school in Harris Shield and Guiles Shield as well as for Football. Being a family member of famous Parmananddas Jivandas family (P.J.Hindu Gymkhana) he has inherited Sports and sportsmanship.

Being brought up and groomed by late Shri Prakash Merchant (elder cousin brother of Chetan), Chetan has proved himself a worthy, noble and philanthropic Bhatia who is managing huge wealth and assets of Merchant family and Trusts located at Mumbai, Mahabaleshwar, Matheran, and Jam Khambhalia.

Chetan has gained a valuable experience for Wealth Management from Development Bank of Singapore where he was a country head for the same portfolio.

Chetan is a Trustee for Thakkar Ranchhoddas Kanji & Laxmidas Damji Charity Trust which is a blessing for thousands of students who receive scholarships and medical assistance . He is also a trustee for Paramananddas Jivandas Charity Trust. He is also Vice President of Shri Mumbai Halai Bhatia Mahajan, a 153 year old organization. He is a Chairman of Board of Trustees of P.J.Hindu Gymkhana. Chetan is a youngest trustee of Global Bhatia Foundation and his vision is to bring all the segments of Bhatia community under common umbrella and channelise the community assets for achieving the goals of Global Bhatia Community and bring back the past glory.

SHRI NITIN DOSSA - Trustee

Shri Nitin Dossa is Executive Chairman of Western India Automobile Association (WIAA), Founder Director of Motor Sports Association of India (MAI), President of Vintage & Classic Car Club of India (VCCCI) and Indian Automotive Racing Club Ltd. (IARC). The VCCCI is affiliated to FIVA (Federation Internationale Vehicules Anciens) which is the International body for vintage cars. The VCCCI helps members in restoration of their vehicles and in sourcing spares and today the VCCCI has 158 members. He is also the Chairman of WIAA-Castrol Institute of Motoring (WCIM), THE FIRST Road Safety Institute established in Ahmedabad.

Mr. Dossa is the first Indian to be unanimously elected as the Vice President of Alliance Internationale de Tourisme (AIT),

the World body of Mobility based in Paris. Mr. Nitin Dossa serves as Treasurer and Director of Insurance Brokers Association of India (IBAI) and his Business units are Dossa Chemicals Pvt. Ltd., Dossa Properties Pvt. Ltd., Dossa Insurance & Broking Services Ltd. He has been in the Insurance business for more than 40 years.

SHRI DILIP MULANI - Trustee

Shri Dilip Mulani is Managing Director of Khimji Poonja Freight Forwarders Pvt. Ltd, a firm registered in 1922 and actively dealing in Cotton, Oil Seeds, Bullion then. Since 1946, Company established Clearing and Forwarding department, which has now become one of the leading contributory to the group activities.

It is the family managed Group of Companies with a fine balance between personalised and professional management. KP Group is also an ISO Certified company. KP Group provides employment and support to 300 families. The KP Group has PAN India presence in the form of Branches in Delhi, Ahmedabad, Chennai, Bangalore, Vizag, Hyderabad & Kolkatta. The company has Global Associates for providing Total Logistics Solution for various Blue Chip Companies and MNCs.

KP Group have specialized in Project Shipment, SEZ, STPI Schemes, SVB Clearances / Transfer Pricing, Drawback's, Re-Export, Re-Import, Software Clearances, Reverse Logistics.

KP Group has been awarded the “SAMMAN PATRA” for the two consecutive years by the Chief Commissioner of Customs, Government of India, Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue, Mumbai Customs Zone, for valuable contribution to the Customs Revenue during the financial year 1998-1999 & 1999-2000 to the Commissionerate of Customs, Nhava Sheva and Air Cargo Complex.

KP Group has established Charitable Trust in the name of Poonja Anandji Charitable Trust (PACT) to channelise their various philanthropic activities. The prime focus being in the area in the native region of Nirona, Kutch where the Trust have extended their support for Primary School, Secondary School, Girl's School, a Dispensary, People's Library, a Temple and a Bhatia Mahajanwadi.

PACT has undertaken pioneering efforts in mobilizing resources and helping people of Nirona during Cyclone and Earthquake. Their attachment for Kutch and inclination to uplift people of Nirona is very strong. KP Group distribute books, uniforms and other aids for the students of Nirona. He like any other noble Bhatia family is shy of publicity.

SHRI SHIRISH M. ANJARIA - Trustee

Shri Shirish M. Anjaria, the Managing Director of Dynacons Technologies Limited, is a business leader with successful & fruitful career of over 4 decades. He has wide experience across industries and has rich exposure in Business Management, Corporate Affairs and Customer Relations. He is a graduate in Science and holds a post graduate degree in Law. He is a Certified Associate of the Federation of Insurance Institutes.

He is the promoter and founder of Dynacons Systems & Solutions Limited. He is currently the Chairman and Managing Director of Dynacons Systems & Solutions Limited and has spearheaded the growth of the company from a start-up and is currently one of the leading IT Infrastructure Solutions Providers in the country. Under his

Chairmanship, Dynacons has forged strategic alliances with global IT majors such as IBM, Intel, HP, Microsoft, Lenovo, Sony, Cisco etc. He was also the founder of the Millenium PC initiative which was recognised by Intel, USA.

Shri Nalinbhai has graduated in Science from Khalsa College, Mumbai and is managing an ever thrieving business of Film processing since 1971. India Cine Labs & Jyoti studio is a flagship company of Sampat Family since 1940. His company has processed over 500 films.

Nalinbhai belongs to the famous pioneer film makers family viz. Shri Ramdas Sampat (grandfather), and Shri Dwarkadas Sampat (father), contemporary of Late Dadasaheb Phalke. He became famous for his covertly political film ‘Bhakt Vidur’. Nalinbhai is a proud owner of machine that processed ‘Alam Ara’.

Nalinbhai started Photo lab in 1985, colour processing lab in 1985 and won award from Lions Club International for highlighting drug awareness in community in 1988. He is

Chairman of Lions Club of Sion Education project from 1985. He is responsible for honouring students and teachers and conducting Elocution on annual basis.

He is attached to Lions Club of Sion since 1978 & Member of Jain Jagruti.

He believes that Education is the bedrock through which our community can progress. We also need to spread awareness in the younger generation about our roots to ensure that the Bhatia legacy continues. Our community has helped build Bombay and thus the nation. We must continue doing so.

His son, Jvalant Sampat is author of book on WW2 – The Tenth Unknown.

SHRI NALIN DWARKADAS SAMPAT - Trustee

SHRI KAUSHAL SAMPAT - Trustee

Shri Kaushal is presently President & CEO of Dun & Bradstreet India. Prior to this, he has held several strategic and operational roles in D&B’s various business units, having joined D&B India as a Business Analyst in 1998. In a career spanning over 15 years, he has played a key role in developing new businesses for the company in India. These have included Sales & Marketing Solutions, Economic Analysis Group, Financial Education Solutions & Hoovers.

In 2007, when he took over as the Chief Operating Officer, Kaushal spearheaded the company's strategic initiatives and alliances in India. In his previous roles, he has been responsible for the operations of D&B’s Risk

Management Solutions business in the Middle East and Africa and for D&B’s e-commerce initiatives in the ASEAN/South Asia markets.

?Before his tenure at Dun & Bradstreet, Kaushal worked in the manufacturing sector for four years with a focus on international business.

Shri Ghansham Prabhudas Monani (Mohanlal Nagji Ni Co Rajkot) was born in Sangli Maharashtra. Raised in Bangalore till 8th Std. During those wonderful years (Late 60s early 70s), Ghansham had the good fortune to get hands-on training under Highly efficient Managers From Thackerseys be it Laxmi Sprinklers from Kalachowki or Bhor Industries at Bhor or at Baroda or at Prabhadevi Culminating at Vithaldas Chambers.

Armed with such valuable Training Ghansham Left (1975) to work for the then Highly Lucrative Construction Industry in the Middle East. Volatility of the Industry and the region made Ghansham a truly Global Indian Bhatia forever Grateful to his Community and the spirit of enterprise he learnt from his mentors in the community.

He still works in construction industry and lives with his spouse for 36 years in Abudhabi .

The objective of this project is to provide a healthy, dignified and pleasant environment to the aged Bhatias who cannot be accommodated by their children due to any reason.

BASIC REQUIREMENTS

The goal of this project is to establish and run a home for the aged.

A TEAM and a Coordinator:- This will be picked from the pool of volunteers with commitment for selfless service.

Coordinator shall call a meeting of selected volunteers and introduce the concept of home for aged. He/She will invite views/ideas from the team and after a thorough discussion, will prepare a Project Plan.

The project team will find out a property belonging to a Bhatia/Trust. This property (Land and Building) can be at Nashik, Mahabaleshwar, Khandala, Lonawala, Vajreshwari, Nathdwara, Jamnagar; Mandvi-Kutch where Doctor, Dispensary, Hospital and Medical care is available.

After selecting a building for the home for aged, project team will contact the owners/trust and put forward the concept of home for aged. This effort will continue till success is achieved.

The capital expenditure needed to convert the building received as a Donation shall be prepared as CAPEX REPORT, which will include necessary furniture, Permissions, Registration and other related expenditure.

To run this project, an OPERATIONAL EXPENSES REPORT will also be prepared. Monthly expenditure per inmate, Salaries of the staff, Water bill, Electricity bill, Housekeeping, Security, Communication bill, Medical bill, Mess bill etc will be covered in this report.

For meeting both the types of expenses (CAPEX & OPEX) , sources of funds will be shown in the Project report.

The project team will also find out existing Homes for the Aged that are run very well at an affordable cost. Till our own home for the aged is not organized, this option can be used as a stop gap.

The objective of this project is to make funds and property available as a single window by the help from various trusts for the noble cause of the community as a whole. The targeted assets are probably lying idle and are likely to be acquired by the Government. GBF shall not acquire those assets but will ensure that the said assets are available for the noble cause. GBF can be a facilitator for the purpose and can act as a single window for students, widows and sick.

BASIC REQUIREMENTS

This project needs a team of senior educated volunteers who have convincing power and are legally educated.

The goal of this project is to be a service provider to the donors and beneficiaries as a Single window and in due course ensure that “Poverty” and “ Charity” disappear from Bhatia dictionary.

A TEAM and a Coordinator:- This can be picked from the pool listed in this document.

Coordinator shall call a meeting of selected volunteers and introduce the concept of single window. He/She will invite views/ideas from the team and after a thorough discussion, will prepare a project Plan. The Project plan will include the modalities of coming together. Meeting with legal experts should help completing this task.

The project team will find out a list of all Bhatia Trusts. This list will be the base to work upon. Along with the list, team will find out the shape, condition, Health, Value of the Assets and contact of the living trustees of the Trust.

This team will set the objectives, purpose and periodicity (Frequency) and agenda of National Meet of all Bhatias. Having done that, they'll propose a venue and tentative time frame for the event.

All the projects of Global Bhatia Foundation shall use uniform stationary with the logo of foundation. No project coordinator or any branch/unit of the foundation shall deviate from this norm. The type and colour of font, colours of the contents in the logo can not be changed. Foundation will provide soft copy of the stationary (Letterhead, Envelopes) for printing to be carried out of Mumbai.

Project coordinator shall provide details (Name, Address, Tel no, Email) of the entire team to the foundation, well before commencement of the project. All the team members shall be the life members of foundation. Project coordinator shall ensure that all the team members have clean background. Foundation may conduct a background check of the team members and if required, some members may be rejected from the team.

Each member of the team shall be most polite to other team members as well as to the community at large. Image of foundation is prime consideration and members only have to build good image. Good image wins trust, confidence and respect.

Project coordinator, before commencing the project, shall conduct a session on “People Management” for entire team. Any event/project where community gets together, demands good skills for people management and such skills are developed through experience.

Project coordinator shall ensure that adequate funds are raised and available for the project, well before the launching of the project. Project coordinator has to prepare budget for the project, get an approval from the Board of Trustees of foundation and then start the project. Apart from funds and team members, other resources are also to be clearly mentioned in the project plan.

Any surplus or deficit of funds shall be on foundation account. Project coordinator is responsible for controlling the expenditure and budget. Any additional expenditure or expense beyond budget requires approval of Board of Trustees.

Project coordinator on completion of the project shall submit the accounts within 48 hours to the Hon Secretaries for onward submission to the Board of Trustees.

Entire team shall sit together in the concluding meeting after the completion of the project. Each member shall contribute “Lessons learnt” from the execution of the project. Project coordinator shall compile these inputs in a presentable format and submit to the Hon Secretaries, for onward submission to the Board.

Project coordinator shall report the progress and status of the project at the end of each day to the Hon Secretaries by an email. Secretaries shall prepare and provide the formats of the reports for each project.

The Project Coordinator is expected to have a prior experience of executing a project with a team of trained team members. Project coordinators are the backbones of success of the Foundation. They shall obtain sanction from the Board of Trustees for implementation of the project. Membership of Global Bhatia Foundation is open for the members of Bhatia community only. Various categories of membership are listed below.

Any adult person from Bhatia caste who pays donation of Indian Rupees One Lac (Rs. 1,00,000/= or more shall be entitled to become a Patron member of the GBF. The patron members at any point of time are eligible to become trustees and shall possess same rights and responsibilities as that of Life members. The names of the patrons shall appear in the yearly publication of the Annual Report of GBF and also in the list of Donors of the GBF.

Donation amount for an overseas Bhatia or an Overseas Bhatia Mandal or Mahajan shall be same as that mentioned for Indian Bhatia or Mahajan/Mandal.

Any adult person of the Bhatia caste who pays a donation to GBF of not less than Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five thousand Only) and below Rs.1,00,000/- (Rupees One lac only) per person shall be eligible to become a Donor member of GBF. The responsibilities and rights of Donor member shall be decided by the Managing Committee, but a person who is not a member of the Bhatia caste shall not be entitled to become the Donor member of GBF. The Donor member can become patron on payment of such additional amount that if added to the original donation amount sums up to Rs.1,00,000/- (Rupees One Lac) and satisfy other conditions of eligibility. Donor membership for any Bhatia Mandal or Mahajan is also available by donating similar amount and the highest ranking office-bearer shall be representing the Mandal or Mahajan.

Any Company wholly owned by Bhatias shall be entitled to become Patron Member by donating Rs.10 lacs or such sum as may from time to time be decided by the Managing Committee. The tenure of such corporate membership shall be five years.

Any adult person of the Bhatia caste who pays a donation to GBF of not less than Rs. 5,000/- (Rupees Five thousand Only) and below Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five thousands) per person shall be eligible to become a Five year member of GBF. The responsibilities and rights of Five year member shall be decided by the Managing Committee, but a person who is not a member of the Bhatia caste shall not be entitled to become the Five year member of GBF. The Five year member can become a Donor Member or a patron on payment of such additional amount that if added to the original donation amount sums up to Rs.25,000/- or Rs.1,00,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five thousands or Rs.One Lac) respectively and satisfy other conditions of eligibility.

The responsibilities and rights of an Annual member shall be decided by the Managing Committee, but a person who is not a member of the Bhatia caste shall not be entitled to become an Annual member of GBF. The Annual member can become a Five year Member or Donor Member or a patron on payment of such additional amount that if added to the original donation amount sums up to Rs.5000/- or Rs.25,000/- or Rs.1,00,000/- (Rupees Five thousand or Rupees Twenty Five thousands or Rupees One Lac) respectively and satisfy other conditions of eligibility.

Any youth not less than 15 years and not more than 25 years of age, male or female person of the Bhatia caste who pays a donation to GBF of not less than Rs. 500/- (Rupees Five Hundred Only) shall be eligible to become a Youth member of GBF. The responsibilities and rights of a Youth member shall be decided by the Managing Committee, but a person who is not a member of the Bhatia caste shall not be entitled to become a Youth member of GBF.

Managing Committee can invite and appoint any member of Bhatia Community who will be an Eminent Artist, Sportsperson of National or International level, Poets & Authors, Social workers, Patriots, Educationalists, Persons of Great Repute & Standing who all can add to the image and standing of GBF. These members may be offered an Honorary Membership of GBF. This type of membership will be valid for life and such offer can be made by the Managing Committee.
