There is no clear consensus from the consultation responses

SEMO proposes that two T&SC modifications be drafted

One modification for each Option

SEMO requests approval to seek fuller impact assessments

Noting response from BGE, SEMO recommends Participants also impact

assess system changes for both Options

Working Group 4 can review and discuss both modifications and costs

If no consensus can be reached, both modifications should be submitted to

Modifications Committee in September with full Working Group report for final

decision
