1 Steve and Lori are ready to purchase their first home, but how to go about it? Buying a house is complicated and requires the services of more than just one company.

We see a male and female in a car looking at a home that is for sale (they are in the car appearing to drive through a neighborhood.)

2 Steve and Lori heard about a one-stop shop company called “Law of the Land” which provides the services of an Attorney, Realtor, Mortgage Broker, Title Insurance, and Notary. All under one roof.

Our male and female meeting with a man in a professional office. On the wall we see a sign for Law of the Land.

3 They met with a LOTL representative who explained the whole process and were impressed one company could handle the entire real estate transaction, start to finish.

Continuing with the same scene the professional man appears to show the young couple some paperwork.

4 After discussing their budget and preferences in a home, they went with the LOTL agent house hunting and found their dream home. LOTL negotiated a reasonable purchase price and drafted the Agreement of Sale.

5 LOTL then helped repair Steve and Lori’s credit and negotiated with the lender Our couple is standing in front of their dream house holding

6 LOTL then ordered title insurance and cleared all liens like mortgages and taxes from the title of their new dream home ensuring Steve and Lori’s legal rights to the home, forever.

We see our male professional working in his office (without the couple). Appearing to analyze papers – Papers should have headings "Title Report" "Credit Report" "Tax Lien" 

7 Finally, the day of the closing came. LOTL reviewed and explained all of the documents and notarized Steve and Lori’s signatures making the transfer of the property legitimate.

We see our couple with the male professional sitting around a table…we see many documents…some signed…some to be signed. Add in a paper filled folder with several tabs (or separate folders with the contents clearly visible) – Agreement of Sale, Mortgage, HUD, Affidavit, Application.The professional male appears to be in charge…everyone looks happy

8 The house was finally theirs.LOTL will saved them time, money and…aggravation!

Continue in same room/scene but we now see the young couple very happy – appearing to hug (happy they got the house!).

9 Many Services, ONE Choice.LAW OF THE LAND.

Similar scene but we see our professional male appear to shake hands with our couple as they are handed the keys.Add in logo and contact info/including both websites to include FB and Google+ icons. (should be very prominent)

Add text to the bottom: “Attorney, Realtor, Mortgages, Title, Notary, and Credit Repair” “Many Services. One Choice”. (This text should appear each as a stamp and remain so all are visible at the conclusion.)
