The basis

Green Leaf Engineers was founded in adversity, being the product of a large multinational company that had overstretched its reach at the beginning of the Global Financial Crisis. Being a ‘war-child’’ GLE quickly learned to adapt and survive within an extremely difficult market for a start up engineering consultancy. The mission we embarked upon was to create a consultancy practice that redefined the engineering community that we operated in. We considered our collective experience working for the ‘big boys’ and set about creating a unique comnpany culture, business model and working methodology.

Five years on we have grown consistently and organically, doubling our turnover, creating a resilient business platform and delivering some amazing projects in over 30 distinct location in Australia and internationally.

We are consistently being asked for a document that defines our company profile and for many years we have said that all the information is on the website, which is true if you compare the content with the status quo, but have known that the value we are creating is so much more. Our five year young birthday has given us the opportunity to reflect on how much we have achieved in such a short period of time and we felt it was time to display in a warts and all publication our true company profile.
