style savvy, the slick back can go with

just about anything; a quick-fix-spritz,

beachy wet look or even something smart

and sophisticated for the evening - it’s

got it all. Whichever way you want to

wear it, we’ve compiled a Glasshouse How-

to so that you can get it just right.

HOW TO:

The style works best when you start withdamp hair, but it can be either clean ordirty - that depends on the look you’regoing for.

- To Style:

If you’re going for a wet look, it’s bestto keep the hair a little bit damp whenyou’re styling it, and using a gel basedhold product would be best to keep theconsistency. We recommend using OrganicColour systems ‘Shape’ which is quitesoft and perfect for creating a mouldedwet look. To use, apply a small amount tothe palm of your hand then work throughthe top of the hair, brush through andstyle accordingly. Shape is great fordamp hair, as it holds in the dampnessand keeps it looking fresh throughout theday.

If you’re after more of a quick-fix, bedhead look, the best option would be a seasalt spray - it mattifies the hair, giving it a gritty texture which isperfect for hold. To use, apply evenlyand work though the whole of the hair, using the product to push back the hairat the top. If you’re having troublefinding a good sea salt spray, you cantry our homemade recipe.

For something a little moresophisticated, it would be best to use ahairspray for maximum hold, yet simplestyling. Make sure the hair is brushedand sleek before you start, we recommendusing either Organic Colour systems

‘Spritz’ - which is a medium holdhairspray, perfect for a natural holdwithout the ‘crispy feeling’ or OrganicColour Systems ‘Finale’ which is a lotstronger but holds the hair in a firm yetflexible way. Not to mention it alsocontains natural proteins andconditioners which looks after the hairwhilst you’re styling it.

And that’s it! A simple look for that

spring feeling.
