Our “all-glass” office partitions are the perfectapplication for our Patch Hardware. Partitionsconstructed using patch hardware are sturdy yet thefittings offer minimal distractions from the framelessappearance. You can combine them with overheador floor mounted closers to control the doors.Configurations can include single or paired doorssurrounded by sidelites and/or transoms. For accessand security the doors can include our ladder stylepulls and floor mounted patch locks, or glassmounted lever locks and keepers.

Glass Walls constructed using our Wedge-Lock™Door and Sidelite Rail System offer the strength andutility you want while offering so many options for sizeand finish. Standard 4”, 6” and 10” rails and sidelitescan be combined with optional cladding in beautifularchitectural finishes that will be right at home with anycommercial interior. The Wedge-Lock™ Glass SecuringSystem assures steadfast holding power for doors inhigh traffic areas. Dry glazing aids in rapid installationbecause the use of messy cements is not required, anddoors can be ready for use immediately afterinstallation. Doors can be secured by full width or patchlength rails and mated to overhead or floor mountedclosers, and adjustments can be made withoutremoving the doors.

Low Profile Door Rails

For that “more glass with less metal” look we offer our Low Profile Doorand Sidelite Rails. They measure only 2-5/16" tall by 1-1/2" wide, yetincorporate our patented Wedge-Lock™ Glass Securing System for a securehold on 1/2” tempered glass. Our Low Profile Door Rails are prepped forvarious Low Profile Rail Pivot Inserts that allow you to use either overheadconcealed closers, floor mounted closers, or pivots. Doors can be alignedand adjusted without removal, and because they are dry glazed they can beused immediately after installation. Matching Low Profile Sidelite Railsprovide an even sight line with the Door Rails, and have an extrudedreversible saddle to match 1/4” or 3/4” door clearances.

Both door and sidelite rails are available in six standard architecturalfinishes, with custom finishes available to complement the appearance ofany interior. Blumcraft® 1301 Series


The CRL Blumcraft® 1301 Series Entrance andSidelite System is “one of the originals” and caneasily be adapted for use as an “all-glass” interioroffice wall. The header and bottom rails are madefrom solid stainless steel or bronze in either brushedor polished finishes, as well as popular oil rubbedbronze. The doors can be adapted for use witheither overhead concealed or floor mounted doorclosers, and specially designed pivots makeinstallation neat and simple, all the while maintaininga “more glass, less metal” theme. Sidelites havematching top and bottom rails. Rails are as slim as3/4” x 3/4”, and can be glazed with 1/2”, 5/8”, or3/4” tempered glass.

Our Laguna Series Hardware brings a contemporary look to interior office partitions. Made of high-grade 316alloy stainless steel with a brushed finish, it will give years of reliable function and modern beauty to your projects.The CRL Laguna Pivot Door System can be used with free-swinging doors, or doors controlled by floor mounteddoor closers.

The hardware can be ordered in sets or by individual components. CRL provides you with all of the GlassFasteners for either flush mounting, which requires a countersunk hole, or surface mounting, where a straight holeis needed. The Glass Fasteners will accommodate either 3/8" or 1/2" tempered glass. Standardized sets alloweasy planning and purchasing for a number of basic configurations involving only a door, a door and transom, ora door with sidelite and transom. Available accessories give you the opportunity to customize the standard setsto accommodate the most imaginative designers.

Biloba SeriesDesigners of “all-glass” office partitions

should consider the Biloba Hinge because itrepresents the evolution and the synthesisbetween automatic mechanical hinges andhydraulic door closers. Designed for use oninterior “all-glass” doors, Biloba allows you todesign a self-closing door without the need of afloor mounted or overhead closing device. TheBiloba Hinge features an aluminum body in distinctconfigurations for Wall Mount and Glass-to-Glassapplications. This lets you design a wall withdoors at the end or between adjoining sidelites.

The Beretta Series is the latest addition to ourcomprehensive Patch Fitting Program, and it gives thetypical “all-glass” interior office or conference room doora totally new look! Beretta's cylindrical design offers aunique and fresh look for “all-glass” doors. The compactclosing mechanism reduces the impact a typical closer hason an opening, and with the availability of free-swingingtop and bottom pivots the doors look as if they are floatingon air.

There are Beretta Patch Fittings in polished chromeand brushed nickel finishes for single pivoting doors anddoors with transoms. All will accommodate 3/8” to 1/2”tempered glass, and some can be fastened with set screwsso there’s no need for glass fabrication. Matching BerettaSeries Transom Clamps and Pull Handles give doors acoordinated finish.

Atlas Series

This innovative CRL Atlas Series “All-Glass” DoorHinge gives you the best of two worlds; minimal hardwareand automatic closing action, all wrapped up in a stylish,heavy-duty hinge. They are ideal for large interiortempered glass doors ranging from 5/16” to 1/2” thick.The automatic closing function eliminates the need for anycloser mechanism, and will close the door from anyposition. The Atlas Hinge will swing 90 degrees inwardand outward, and when fully opened, will hold at 90degrees. These Hinges offer easy fine-tune closed positionadjustment.

The solid brass construction and stainless steelcomponents make the Atlas Hinge a natural forapplications that may involve heavy traffic, such as officeconference rooms and interior lobby doors. This versatile system offers multiple door types, including framelessheavy glass, fully framed glass, and wood door options in sliding and pivoting configurations. The Intelli-Front AGSeries (All-Glass) incorporates our Low Profile Wedge-Lock™ Door Rails with our new Adjustable Sidelite Rails andHeader to give you two minimally invasive installation methods, making this system easy to install, with the ability tobe quickly relocated/reused. Wedge-Lock™ Door Rails are dry glazed, meaning you can adjust and align them withoutremoval, and use them immediately after they are installed. It’s a time and labor saving feature that will improve yourbottom line while providing for an attractive, well-functioning door. This system also offers optional butt glazed cornerand tee intersections for a completely open frameless look.

CRL285 Series

FRAMELESS | Sliding

Partitions featuring “all-glass” top hung sliding doors are reliable, versatile, and easy to install. The CRL285 Seriesis no exception. Designed for use with 5/16” to 3/8” or 1/2” tempered glass, the CRL285 (when properly installed) canaccommodate doors weighing up to 176 pounds and 60” wide. The CRL285 Series boasts these features: sleeklydesigned ceiling or glass mount versions, no bottom track, smooth finger touch control, and no holes or notches requiredin the glass. The Upper Clamp and Roller Assemblies have 1/4" of fine tune height adjustment after installation to allowfor openings and floors that are not true and level.

All CRL285 Series Kits feature a satin anodized finish and the new “Softbrake” Braking System to prevent the doorfrom “slamming” open or closed. The "Softbrake" is completely concealed in the top track, and engages during thefinal 4" of travel, preventing the glass from impacting the frame or adjacent glass panel. Kits are available with orwithout hardware for adjacent fixed panels. Individual components are also available should you wish to constructcustom units.

Our CRL70 Series Top Hung Sliding Door Systemsfeature a sleek European design that offers wall orceiling mount options for 5/16” to 1/2” thick slidingglass or wood doors, with or without fixed panels.These top hung systems require no bottom track,and the smooth sliding action allows for fingertouch control of doors weighing up to 275 pounds.The Hanger Assemblies offer 1/4" of heightadjustment during installation to allow for openingsand floors that are not true and level. Kits comewith concealed Roller Stops in the Top Track to holdthe door in the open or closed position, a FloorGuide, and a Track Cover in satin anodized finish,with an option for powder paint or cladding in anyarchitectural finish desired.

CRL EZ-Slide 180 Series

The CRL EZ-Slide 180 Top Hung Single TrackSliding Door Kit is an easy to install cost effectivesolution to adding “all-glass” sliding doors ininterior office wall applications.

The only glass fabrication required is to polishthe edges. If handles or knobs are desired, holeswill be required for their mounting. Optional breakmetal covers are available to help conceal theoperating hardware. The EZ-Slide System isdesigned for panels weighing up to 396 pounds.

Laguna Series

FRAMELESS | Sliding

The Laguna Series Sliding Glass DoorSystem is a modern day “Barn Door” thatprovides a distinct interior office entrance.Made of high-grade 316 alloy stainlesssteel, they can be installed on glasspartitions or directly to the side of asufficiently reinforced wall. The adjustableTop Rollers make final adjustments quickand easy, without the need to remove thedoor. Their smooth operation and solidstainless steel construction minimizesmaintenance issues, while their ‘anti-lift’feature improves the performance, safety,and security.

The Laguna Series is furnished with allthe glass attachment fasteners for eitherflush mounting, requiring a countersunkhole, or surface mounting, requiring a straight hole. The glass attachmentfasteners accommodate either 3/8" or 1/2" tempered glass. Adaptor kits arealso available for wood door applications.

Standardized sets allow you to makeplanning and purchasing quick and easy for basic installations. We offer fourdifferent kits; two for wall mounting, and two for glass mounting. Availableaccessories give you the opportunity tocustomize the standard sets toaccommodate the most imaginativedesigners.

SPS Stacking Partition SystemCRL’s most versatile option for “all-glass” walls and office partitions is our patent pending Stacking Partition System,

or 'SPS' for short. When you specify the SPS your installation options are virtually unlimited because the individualSPS components allow you to design stacking doors to fit almost any situation. Whether you need to partition offinterior spaces, or provide movable “all-glass” doors for a storefront or other public areas, you can select SPS with fullassurance that the system will be easy to work with, easy to install, and easy to operate. SPS utilizes our patentedWedge-Lock™ Glass Securing System, found in our popular DRS Door Rails. Available in a variety of rail configurationsand finishes, SPS is the right choice when searching for a dependable and attractive stacking partition system.

Our Blumcraft® 250 Series Doors and Sidelites are theperfect solution for framed office systems. They aresupplied fully glazed with 1/2", 5/8" or 3/4" temperedglass in clear, tinted or low-iron. Rails and vertical stiles arebonded to the glass, and can be prepped for a wide varietyof door closer and pivot hardware. A bottom rail lockoption is available, or the doors can come complete withany of our egress handles mounted on the door, ready toinstall in the opening.

250 Series Doors have solid aluminum narrow profilerails and narrow vertical stiles with or withoutweatherstripping. Available in six standard finishes: satinanodized, black bronze anodized, black powder coat,brushed and polished stainless steel, and polished brass.Custom finishes are available on special order. Maximumdoor size is 42" wide by 108" tall.

Platinum Series

CRL manufactures a full line of Architectural Full Framed Doors for interior office applications.Supplied with 1/4” to 1” monolithic, laminated orinsulating glass, these innovative door systems areavailable in seven standard architectural finishes, withcustom finishes available on special order. CRL's PlatinumSeries Full Framed Doors are made to order and can bedesigned for almost any application. The Intelli-Front F Series allows two minimally invasive installation methods; fixed profiles for asimplified installation and adjustable profiles for a broad range of daylight opening variations, making this systemeasy to install, with the ability to be quickly relocated/reused. Other optional features include horizontalintermediate mullions, clerestory lites, and direct connection to drop ceiling mounting.

CRL-U.S. Aluminum’s 2000 Series Sliding Door is a multi-track entrance designed for interior office partitions. Thismulti-track slider is engineered with stacking head channels and bottom tracks allowing multiple slider combinations.Rugged overall construction coupled with heavy wall stiles and interlocks create a truly monumental sliding unit. Doorsare equipped with flush finger pulls, hooklocks, and lock cylinders. Adjustable tandem rollers and floor track withstainless steel caps ensure smooth operation and durability.
