Training Program Summary

Laminated windshield manufacturing is a complicated process. Lamination is a constant challenge for all manufacturer -simply because lamination process bonds two foreign materials together. Therefore lamination defects are at top five scrap reasons in the production. All waste created at this stage of the manufacturing chain is high cost. Achieving high yield and product quality requires carefully controlled and measurable process parameters, that are maintained and followed by professional staff. This training program target is to provide the trainees fundamental understanding of the manufacturing requirements, correct operation and perfect process parameters to ensure best possible lamination manufacturing line performance.
