 The National Academy of Public

Administration, Office of the President of Ukraine – innovative training and research

institution recognized in the world system of education, integrated in the global

(especially European) academic and administrative areas, is the leader in the field of knowledge “Public Administration” and is

opened for implementation of the best current models and approaches to the organization of training, research and

administrative activities.

Promote the development of the National Academy as an internationally-oriented teaching and research complex recognized at the world level, its extensive integration to the world educative, scientific, cultural and administrative areas; Promote the strengthening of mutually beneficial cooperation of the National Academy on the bilateral and multilateral bases with the best foreign training and research institutions, international organizations and funds;

Creating of the developed and efficient system of administration and coordination of international activities of the National Academy and its structural units.

promoting to the establishing of the National Academy as an opened one to the innovations and new technologies research and educative center of the world level, the effective partner for the most prestigious schools of public administration, international programs, organizations and funds;

promoting to the development of the National Academy as the institution of the international level of education, attracted for foreign students, postgraduates and professors;

promoting to the mobility of students and research and teaching staff of the National Academy in the frame of the Bologna process, extending of their training, internship and training practices in the foreign educational institutions and international organizations.

Development of concepts, strategies and methods of international activities of the National Academy.

Ensure the organization and development of international relations of the National Academy with foreign governmental and non-governmental organizations, educative and research institutions, international organizations and funds for the implementation of international standards of education quality for the national system of training and in service training of civil servants.

Coordinate the activities of structural units of the National Academy aimed at the developing of international cooperation.

Preparation and signing of agreements, memorandums of cooperation between the National Academy and educational institutions, research organizations of foreign states, international organizations and funds.

Ensure the participation of the National Academy and its separate units in the international research and educational projects, programs (search, training, monitoring and implementing, accounting, audit, analysis of results).

Organization and conducting at the National Academy of international scientific and practical seminars, symposiums, conferences, round tables etc.

Organization of foreign internships and study tours for students and teaching staff of the National Academy.

Learning and generalization of experience of international cooperation between Ukrainian and foreign higher educative institutions.

Creating and maintaining of information base of projects and programs of international cooperation and the informative system of structural units of the National Academy about the possibility of participation in international programs, projects, conferences, foreign internships (publication of newsletters, information stands and creating of web page of the Department).

Preparation and organization of the reception of foreign delegations and certain foreigners who are at the National Academy on the invitation of the heads of the institution, their formal and methodological support.

Consulting of employees of the National Academy on the international activities.

Processing of travel documents of foreign business trips for employees and students of the National Academy.

Providing of international business correspondence, translation of foreign correspondence.

Representing of the interests of the National Academy over foreign partners and international organizations.
