Carry out the auditing, surveys, inspection and witness testing of safety critical equipment and systems that shall include but not be limited to the following:

At least 25% representative samples of the following equipment shall be tested / inspected on each location every year:

All tested equipment tag numbers and description shall be noted to facilitate the random selection for the following years to eliminate duplication.

Coincidence test for smoke/gas/deluge detection to be carried out and response against Cause and Effect Matrix to be checked / verified.
