Job Specifications Educational Qualifications Graduation B.Sc B.C.A B.Com B.Tech /BE Any Grad. Post Graduation M.Sc.IT MBA M.Tech MCA Any PG Professional Qualifications CA ICWA CS CPA CFA Others (Please Specify) MCOM / Semi Qualified - Inter CA / ICWA Work Experience Total 3 to 5 years Relevant 3 to 5 years Specific Skill Sets Required Advanced Accounting Knowledge, Advanced knowledge in MS Office applications such as Excel, Word, PPT. Good Hands On Knowledge in SAP FICO or other ERP. Excellent Verbal & Written Communication Skills. Job Purpose Be a part of the India Finance & Hermitage Finance Team comprising of India General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Asset Accounting, Banking & Treasury, StatutoryReporting & Compliances (Statutory Audit, Internal Audit, Tax Returns, Service Tax, STPI returns etc.), Periodic/Qtrly/Yearly Books Closing, Reconciliations, Management Reporting and MIS reporting and US General Ledger related Reconciliations and GL support activities. SKILL SETS -Routinely applies knowledge of accounting principles and practices to daily work. -Develops solutions to address relevant issues. -Identifies complex issues related to nonstandard transactions and processes. -Works effectively with firm’s accounting systems and Analyzes data and management reports. -Identifies and actively seeks solutions to routine financial problems before being asked or directed. -Recognizes and refers complex financial problems to appropriate level. -Develops systems, tools, and methodologies to enhance management reporting. -Provides visibility to management on operational issues. -Demonstrates deep knowledge of tax laws and regulatory environment. -Champions technological innovations and process changes to support the firm’s strategic and financial objectives. -Actively participates in decision making, assumes additional responsibility during the process, and encourages other team members to participate.

Key Job Responsibilities Specific Job Responsibilities would be a combination of any/all of the following activities listed below: -Reconciliation of General Ledger Accounts including Cash and Bank accounts and other Sub-ledger Accounts as required. -Identify, research, analyze & resolve the reconciling items on the accounts reconciled -Prepare and organize supporting documentation for reconciliations. -Perform Account-related system tasks such as report generation and data management -Prepare reconciliation-related journal entries and enter in SAP GL. -Handle GL Maintenance activities – RC creation & account creation etc. -Develop new methods or approaches to facilitate more effective performance of prescribed responsibilities. -Effectively communicate independently with all the stake holders including US Managers / counterparts. -Effective team player ensuring the team goals are achieved through collaboration -Ability to Prioritize & multi task successfully to ensure meeting challenging deadlines of various activities.
