Start the evening, start it right: Illuminate with candlelight, Tablecloth and roses red Set the tone before the bed. First comes dinner and romance: Take it slow, have a dance. Salad, light meats, low in salt Make it sure your heart won’t fault. The meal that really does the trick, Has no onions or garlic! Choc’lit dark and wine so red Are good for hearts and cloud the head. Now ‘tis time to climb the stairs, If you can do it, you’re halfway there! Keep it slow, keep it steady. Wait ‘til both of you are ready. Kiss and hug, watch the stars, The little things can take you far. Now you can try things new: Positions, pillows, touches too! And if you are really wise, You will get some exercise! When you’re done, you can bet: You shouldn’t have that cigarette. Snuggle, talk, and laugh instead— Just be happy you’re in bed! For goodness sake, don’t keep apart: Give your love your healthy heart.
