Step Four: Once Step Three is completed, re-save each Checklist and close. (This is a very important step or you will lose your selections).

Step Two: Once saved, open each saved Checklist.

Step Three: Fill out the “School Contact Information” on the first page of the PDF, then proceed to select all products and colors your students are approved to wear. Specify if the logo is mandatory, optional or not allowed (select one option only). Complete the Grade Level(s), Logo Description, Worn For, and Dress Code Guidelines/Comments fields.

Note: If you are interested in learning more about a product, click the product description link provided within each Checklist.

Step Four: Once Step Three is completed, re-save each Checklist and close. (This is a very important step or you will lose your selections).
