Topic 2: How to use matching tools to match faster!

Click Notifications

Click on EP form to see most matchable TN’s on the system for the form. Click on TN ID to check the form

Go to Browse Partnerships after choosing the TN ID’s you think are best for the EP

1. Put the TN code in the search box2. Select the TN you want, ask a question to the TN if you want to

know anything more from the TN (no need for matching emails!)

Apply to the TN if you satisfied with the answers.Each EP can apply to 3 TN’s at any time.If the TN does not reply in 10 days the EP can apply to more TN’s

The TN manager will follow up by…TN manager can accept and you are matched!AN and interview??

Check the Like Notifications. They are from TN’s that are interested to select you!

If you are satisfied with the EP like the EP and make sure the EP applies to your form on myaiesec.net

When you click like make sure you like the EP for the right TN form

You will get a notification in Application notification when the EP applies to your TN form. Go to Normal TN module when that happens

Select your form

Approve the EP you want and reject the rest

Once you click approve the form will get matched

How can we use DAAL?

Example

• Your LC  has a growing supply of teaching EPs that are looking for internships in the Teaching & Language Education and with a duration of maximum 4-6 months.

Example

1. You open DAAL files and go to the sheet called “TN EP realizations raw”.

 2. You design your Pivot Table that will show you what

countries have realized teaching internships for 4-6 months (24 weeks) in previous quarter.

• You select the criteria that you are interested in• You arrange the criteria in the Pivot Table• Your Pivot Table will look like image below

• Now it’s time to filter the information based on your criteria

• Analyze the resultsYou can observe that Colombia realized 8 TNs within teaching

area having the duration you are interested in. MoC realized 7 TNs with this profile. These countries could be your potential partners.

How to use AFT

• You can also create your own Pivot table to get more detailed information

• You have EPs with teaching profile who is interesting in 6 month internship in College or University

1. You open AFT and go to the sheet called “TN raw data”.

 2. You design your Pivot Table that will show you what

countries have available TNs in marketing field for 6 months (24 weeks).

• You select the criteria that you are interested in• You arrange the criteria in the Pivot Table• Your Pivot Table will look like image below

• Now it’s time to filter the information based on your criteria

• Analyze the resultsYou can observe that Russia have 3 TNs within teaching in

college and university area having the duration you are interested in
