    Ingredients

    • . lb$ shrimp, peeled and de#eined

    • * cups peeled and cubed squash (kalabasa)

    Cooking Instructions.$ 3n a skillet saute chopped onion and minced garlic in oil o#er a medium heat and

    stir 'requentl" until the onions are browned and the garlic is 'ragrant$/$ 4dd the peeled and cubed kalabasa and simmer 'or - minutes$ Stir in shrimp and

    sitaw, then continue cooking 'or another * minutes adding 2sh sauce, pepper and

    decided to prepare it 'or dinner but with a twist 'rom the usual adobo in so" sauce$

    Chicken Menudo

    Ingredients:• / boneless chicken breast cut into thin bite si:e slices

    • / teaspoons o' tomato paste

    • hal' a cup o' tomato sauce

    / carrots cut in cubes• . medium si:e bell pepper cut in cubes

    • . large potato peeled and cut in cubes

    • .1/ cup green peas (pre!cooked)

    • .1/ cup water

    • . teaspoon sugar

    • . teaspoon maggi magic sarap

    Buko 5andan Salad

    Ingredients

    • / cups "oung coconut strips (Buko)

    • / cans condensed milk (big can, about *IIml a can)

    • * cans nestle cream (small can about ./+ml each can)• . pack powdered gelatin buko pandan &a#or (i used Mr$ Gulaman brand)

    • cups water

    • * drops green 'ood coloring

    • / cups small tapioca pearls, cooked (optional)Cooking Procedure

    .$ Combine water and powdered gelatin then stir using a spoon$/$ 4dd 'ood coloring then stir until e#er"thing is e#enl" distributed$*$ Heat a saucepan and pour!in the miture$ Bring to a boil while continuousl"
