Second Blog Post: For the top visions that were voted for each compass point, create list of 5 to 10 indicators

Indicators = things that help us better understand trends in our global issue

eg: acres of trees cut down per year (deforestation)

eg: number of endangered species of fish (fisheries depletion)

Second Email to Delegates in Your Group:• Explain indicators• Link to blog post with list of indicators• Ask each participant to choose an

indicator and create their own behavior graph (comment on blog post)

• Behavior graph- a visual representation of how you think the indicator acts over time (past, present, future) • This is based on your research but you don’t need

data • State whether or not you are happy with a trend

occurring• The purpose is to get people thinking about what is

happening in terms of trends• Also gives the group an idea of what the main

indicators for each compass group are

You as a group (advisors + partners) are responsible for scheduling your own meetings with your group and executing Stage 0 as needed before the conference.

We will keep in touch with you all through email and occasional meetings to check on your progress
