Description of Project

Web-based video is a powerful information sharing and instruction tool that Goodwill would like incorporate into learning strategy.

Goodwill creates content (video) but does not have a strategy to host, manage, and distribute to their 165 organizations.

Project Scope

Research strategies for hosting video content (cloud vs. internal)

Evaluate market space for best practices with methods of video management (sharing, tagging, video lifespan)

Identify and evaluate distribution strategies for video content (mobile, web, apps)

Present findings to Sponsor with suggestions

The total cost of ownership, installation, and implementation is out of scope for the purpose of this project.
