GigaDevice, the industry's leading semiconductor supplier, has again expanded the range of GD32 ARM Cortex-M4 MCU’s by introducing a new line-up of GD32F330/350 series ultra low cost microcontrollers with a system frequency of up to 108 MHz As the newest member of the GD32 microcontroller family, the GD32F330/350 family offers up to 29 parts, including five package options. The on-chip Flash of 16KB to 128KB and 4KB to 16KB of SRAM, the firmware can access the flash memory with high speed zero wait states at full system frequency. Performance of 135 DMIPS.
