Faith, Health and Community... in 1928 our legacy was created by a small group of men who formed the Mennonite Hospital Society Concordia, not long after the first five-bed hospital on Machray Avenue was established. Today, almost 90 years later, Concordia is more than a Hospital in northeast Winnipeg. It is a thriving faith-based community campus serving the needs of all who enter its doors. Your participation will help us move forward with the most important hospital priorities: Expansion of the Hospital front entrance to provide much needed space for specialty clinics for patients with complex health care issues for timely access to specialists; along with the creation of a pleasing patient and visitor friendly environment, emphasizing our Mennonite heritage while celebrating nearly 90 years of history. Donations of products and services are essential components to any of our fundraising events. However, cash donations towards purchase of auction items are graciously accepted and are eligible for a full tax receipt.

This will be a great way to showcase your products and services to an audience of over 500 Gala guests. All auction proceeds go towards raising funds for the Concordia Foundation.

Silent Auction Donation

This year we are looking to have 40 packages to offer our guests in support of the Foundation. Silent auction items are generously donated by area businesses, faith communities and individuals. Tickets to sporting events or live theater, certificates for dining or hotel stays, artwork, and donations of fine jewellery orprofessional services are particularly welcome.

The auction will also include a grand section featuring a limited number of items that are of higher value over $1,000. Donations of airline tickets, vacation rentals, private chef prepared meals, back stage tours, celebrity meet and greets or other unique experiences are very much appreciated. Our aim is to offer our guests - your potential customers - "one of kind experiences”.
