What is Ghost Consulting?

Ghost Consulting is a concept that allows Senior Professionals to earn commissions by supporting PSR in one or more of the following areas:

i) lead generation - helping to connect Clients with PSR.

ii) candidate search - identifying suitable candidates for particular openings.

iii) networking - introducing other professionals to the PSR community.

iv) candidate screening - interviewing & selecting candidates who are similar to the Ghost Consultants skill set.

A Ghost Consultant is a virtual/remote based resource with extensive Professional Services experience who supports PSR in different capacities on a zero to part time basis.

Ghost Consultants are not recruitment consultants and are not employed by PSR. They are independent operators, typically with ‘day’ jobs, who are free to contact PSR as frequently or infrequently as they wish.

There is no employment contract and consultants can engage with PSR at their own discretion.

We leverage our Ghost Consultants skills, experience and professional contacts network to enhance the quality of recruitment in the Professional Services industry.

PSR (not the Ghost Consultant) manage the recruitment process including: job marketing; screening & selection; Client interaction; and other activities as required.
