How does the GFSP do this?

#1 Partners will give consideration to the adoption and use of open strategies and tactics across all GFSP activities including: open content (including Open Educational Resources and Open Courseware), open data, open access (research), open government, open source software, open standards, open policy, open licensing and open hardware.

#2 To stimulate innovation in the adoption of open methods and the creation of new business models that leverage open methods GFSP partners should consider the use of open competitions either within specific projects or in general.
