Preparation Instructions
Water Bath Directions: Place pouch(es) in 185-195°F (85-90°C) water in a steam jacketed kettle or water bath. Do not overcrowd. Allow water to return to temperature before timing.
Heating time will vary depending upon the number of pouches to be heated. •Frozen:85-90minutes. •Tempered:60-65minutes.
Turnpouch(es)2-3timesduringheating.Priortoserving,gently shake pouch(es). Heat to a minimum internal temperatureof165°F(74°C).
